      This pharmacy seems to be understaffed and not capable of fulfilling medications in a timely manner. The medication I ordered for my cat was in a "ready to ship" state for over a week. Not sure, if the website status was incorrect or prescriptions just sit around for days on end before they finally get around to shipping them, but either way, not acceptable for medications that are needed for serious health conditions. For some reason, my vet prefers this pharmacy, but I have made some price comparisons with other online pharmacies and Wedgewood is more expensive. I would expect a much higher level of service and more transparency from a reputable pharmacy.

      They shipped medicine with a broken applicator and when I needed a replacement asap - my cat cannot miss more than 2 doses - they said it would take several days to get the order ready and then several more for shipping. I said this was unacceptable and they couldn't do anything - couldn't even do expedited shipping or processing. When I said I'd figure it out and go elsewhere, they won't even refund my order. They admit fault, but won't refund because its past 30 days. I have no idea why my vet uses this pharmacy but I recommend going anywhere else because other companies across the ** offer these medicines on-hand and shipping overnight. Their customer service along with their actual service are sub-par and should be noted before doing business with them.

      ********. I paid for expedited shipping on my elderly dogs medication which should have been received by Thursday THE LATEST. However, it is now expected this Tuesday. My dog has a UTI that is not being addressed and she has completely stopped eating. I was told theres nothing they can do. Insanity. They keep blaming *** but thats not really an excuse because they could utilize better options, instead they try to scam you into a better option when they literally use *** ground. They did refund me for the shipping, HOWEVER, they said it will take ***** days to see that return??

      Totally unreliable We were charged $9.50 for freight per prescription which they shipped through ***** 8 days later and we still do not have the medicine. Absolutely ridiculous

As a compounding pharmacy, our medications require a specific compounding time, which is shown during the first step of the ordering process. The medication you ordered had a 1-2 business day compounding period. After compounding, it will be shipped for delivery which can take 4 business in transit with standard shipping.       I have had so many problem with them including sending to the wrong address. I have asked them several times to ship the medication *** where they put it on the porch but they want to charge more, so it ends up in the mailbox at very cold temperatures Dont put your medication on auto refill They charge more to ship the meditation but you have no control when it is shipped. I canceled my order because the medication irritated my dogs digestive system. They shipped my next order too soon and I didnt know when I canceled my order it was after they sent another prescription out that I cant use. The problem I pointed out to them is it was filled and shipped. 20 days too soon! I thought maybe they could refund my money but not a chance. The supervisor I talked to was rude. They may have a good reputation but I think its going down hill!

      I paid for Expedited shipping and still havent gotten my order. That's okay, its a long holiday weekend so I get that *** and mailing systems are closed today. When I called Wedgewood today to get a status on my cat's medication, they confirmed that I, in fact, DID NOT pay for expedited shipping from what it says on their end and I know that is false as I remember very clearly getting pricing options with and without the expedited shipping involved or not and making that decision to PAY MORE to get my cat's medication. When I called them today, they were FINALLY able to provide an invoice of my payment (I called and paid 10 days ago) and on the invoice I noticed they got my DELIVERY ADDRESS WRONG! I call them back a second time and ask what they can do, all they told me is that "It supposed to arrive tomorrow, maybe your friend's with your mailman and he can correct it if he notices it? If you dont get it, call us back" So what, if I don't get it, I have to wait an additional 10+ days because the billing address was wrong? Kind of unprofessional.

      I had to congratulate Wedgewood Pharmacy on their excellent **************** I recently experienced. My elderly cat's compounded medicine had a faulty dispensing pen that made the medication unusable. I called and explained my situation and they had the same medication overnighted to me with no costs. Thank you for taking care of my cat's needs so quickly.

      Terrible customer service. My cat has to take a medication twice a day for life and the vet ordered it through Wedgewood Pharmacy. They shipped it and billed my credit card but I never received it. Then they filled the refill and ********* credit card and I haven't got it either. So now I have over $60 charges on my card, my cat's vomiting, diarrhea and I can't do anything about it because he doesn't have his medication. Wedgewood told my veterinarians office the medicine is lost in the mail. I've called several times and they didn't overnight any medication, refund my money or do anything. I'm so sad and worried about my cat. I've had him for 15 years since he was a kitten and he's dying. I paid $600 at the vet emergency fees and he prescribed medication I paid Wedgewood for but they haven't got it to me.

      ********, customer service is non existent. Not told I had to sign for the prescription when I placed the order. Tried to get address changed or send it to the vet (plenty of time per **** and they refused. I would not recommend using this company! It cost me ***** to find that out. Beware!!
