      Horrible company to do business with. Prescription placed and ordered on July 21. Was told it would take 7 days to fill the prescription. On July 26 I called to see if there was any way to expedite shipment. Was told my only option was to pay for one day delivery -- which I glad agreed to do because my cat desperately needed the medication. On July 28, I checked to ensure it was going to be shipped only to be told it would be another 2-3 business days. No one could tell me why there was a delay. On August 1, I again called to see if prescription would be shipping, only to be told it would be another 5-7 business days!!!! That is completely unacceptable for a needed medication. Again, no one could explain the delay. I finally called my vet and they send the prescription to another compounding pharmacy and I received it two days later. Wedgewood customer service was totally lacking. Someone should have been able to explain the delays, particularly when another pharmacy could easily fill the prescription, Had I known that it would be almost three weeks before Wedgewood could ship my order (IF it even shipped then) I would have looked for an alternative pharmacy immediately -- maybe that's why they wouldn't tell me anything! In addition, their website is misleading in that it says refills are available in 1-2 days!
