    Terrible customer service. I sent a request to ******************** help email on July 18 concerning an order I requested to receive the same price for exchanging the order. I received a confirmation email from them stating that all I had to do was call or chat them and they would honor the discount (after I initiated a return) for inserts 2300.However, I just called and their customer service person said that *** (the previous customer service representative that wrote me) made an error. She would not honor the discount. And, in addition, she was rude and kept talking over me.Just terrible customer service and a disgrace considering how long Ive been an Aetrex customer.

    Ordered foot supports for just over $92. Less than 3 weeks and the top started rolling under my heel. Now they want me to spend another $92 to order another set prior to getting a warranty credit. If I send in current pads and wait, I have no incerts during the hole process. I will not buy from them again.

    **************** is BAD! Shoes are good but if you have a problem and need assistance, forget it!! They are Unresponsive! Tried to exchange a pair of sneakers using their online return system and my return was rejected because they said it was a final sale/no returns yet wasn't final at the time of my purchase and wasn't posted as such when I purchased them. It only mentioned end of season sale. I sent emails to the return **** and help **** asking how I can exchange for a smaller size. Heard Nothing by email and it's been a week! The email said they would respond within 24 business hours. They have lost a customer.

    Their shoes are fine but their customer service is terrible. I am trying to return a pair of shoes to them and they are telling me the shoes are "final sale". But no where on my receipt or when I purchased the shoes did it say "final sale". The return form that was included in my shipment has both pairs of shoes from the order listed as return options. The only way I know they won't let me return them is that I had to contact them to get a return label (there was supposed to be on in the box but there wasn't). When I did an online chat, the rep insists I can't return them. I asked him to show me where it says final sale but he wouldn't or couldn't. I have emailed twice and no one has responded. I guess they are willing to lose a customer for a $35 pair of sandals. I have a few other pairs of their shoes and I like them fine, but I won't buy any more.
