      Was a member for 3 years (due to contract) and even became friendly and known with the staff. When the time came for my membership to end, I chose to not renew my membership and end my membership. When I initially told staff I needed to end my membership after the last payment of my contract, they said I was all set and good to go. However theyve continuously tried to charge me and resulted in me calling my bank to stop the charges. Now theyve threatened me and sent my overdue balance to collections, despite finishing my contract off. Talking to other members and reading ****** and yelp reviews, apparently this is a reoccurring and common problem whenever it comes to people ending their memberships.
