      I purchased auto paint and the paints clear coat which they sold me is not staying on the car and peeled off within two days after it was painted been trying to call email and message their costumer service and havent got any response no one will answer the phone calls spent over a $1100 on the paint and clear

      I ordered two paint kits from Paint for Cars. I received one kit promptly. The other kit June 16th order #*****, I received reducer and hardner, but no paint. I finally received the paint , but it came too late for the car project. I would like to return the order, and According to their web site It's not a problem. No response from Paint for Cars. They don't respond to emails or phone messages. I need a return authorization. Thank you

      On March 13 2023 I ordered a gallon of paint . I received the order Saturday but there was no paint , only reducer and hardener no paint . I cannot get anyone to answer the phone , emails or face book . I paid $150 for a 1 gal. Paint kit .

      we are so very sorry about this. our manufacturer has informed me that the color viper red enamel is being made and it was slightly delayed being shipped directly from our manufacturer. i have since responded to your email and have CC'd the manufacturer so we can get you the tracking info for that gallon of paint.

      March 6 2023 Ordered a vibrant green, hot pink urethane paint kit and 1 quart of urethane reducer. They sent the vibrant green kit and a viper red kit. I did not order viper red paint kit. I emailed them and told them they sent wrong paint. They ask for me to send pics of what I got and shipping invoice. I did, Took them a week to respond, They said sorry about this but you order was delivered March 11 2023. I never said it wasn't delivered. Also told them to send shipping label so I can send the viper red paint back. All I want is the products I ordered or a refund on what I did not get.

      I ordered 3 gallons of candy apple red metallic with clear coat complete kit and primer received everything but the 3 gallons of paint I have sent them emails and calling is a joke can not get any answer or reply I spent over 1100$ it was a rip off they only sent half the order can't even do a return get my money back the way I see it is they just stole 1100$ and nothing I can do I definitely wont recommend paintforcars to ANYONE

      I purchased a color chart first and after carefully matching the color, I ordered the copper metallic paint from Trinity 1945. Finally, when I put the color charts copper metallic example and copper metallic paint together, they do not match. That means color examples do not match the paint they sold to me. I am asking if they sell the same color that matches the color chart, or refund money to me. They cannot sell the paint color chart without matching it with real paint. The paint is 2 or 3 degrees of dark than the color chart. I already let my art major professor look at it. It is two different colors.
