      Horrible company..create shipping label but dont ship - SCAMMERSdont answer website inquiries or emails or phone calls

      Regarding order number: *****, on January 17, ****. Never should have bought from this place. Ordered paint kit, arrived wrong color. Did not match advertised chip color. they said I could return after numerous e-mails sent with comparison pictures. Spent ***** to return ***.*** tried several times to deliver return. Found Never open.. They will not answer phone.Wish I would have checked out this business (if you can call it one) before I made a purchase.Now I'm out around $200.00 in cost and *** has to return my wrong paint back to me. Because they could not deliver my return.. Very much disappointed in this *** and BBB. Seems a bit odd you can have several bad reviews on BBB and still have an A+ rating with BBB.. Doesn't say much for BBB rating.....

      Order number 93813This place took my order and money then sent me a email saying my order has been shipped but when I contacted ***** they said the only thing has been done is they created a label for the system. It's been over a week and nothing has been shipped.. ************ is obviously a scam and in bed with the BBB because they are overrun with complaints but still have an A+ rating... How is that possible. I should of done more research on this company before I ordered
