      Scam Salesman at Pine Belt Nissan of Toms River!- Don't send your love ones here. They will rip them off. My 91 year old **** was scammed into trading in her lease early. They fast talked her and had her sign papers and pay another $4600 and she had no idea what they were doing. Someone told her she had to turn her lease in and she was scared. Please be aware they are predator's of older folks that *** not understand what's happening.I am disappointed that these men and women that work here would take advantage of the seniors that live in the area. Shame on you all!!!! Karma will come in your court! These seniors have done so much and for you to take advantage of them is not right!.

      Pine Belt/Nissan Dealership. Toms River, Rte 37. My husband finally settled on a truck for him to buy on Tuesday, May 29, *****. We met with and agreed to ********************* to finalize the paperwork on Thursday June 1,2023, since I had a medical issue that necessitated my need to see a doctor on Wed, May 30,2023. We received a phone call on our answering machine while at the dr confirming the meet up for Thursday. My husband returned the call, agreeing to see them the next day. Meanwhile we picked up the title for the car that he was trading in, expecting to finalize the paperwork today. He also took the time to dismantle a kayak rack from his truck. He called again this morning to ensure the car would be ready for pickup. My husband also told **** if there were any changes, to give him a call. We get there? Met **** and he said..**** be right back. We get our coffee and what does he and the dealership instead do? They rolled out a different inferior dirty truck clearly needing to be cleaned. Huh? I asked the manager what happened? He whispered to meWe screwed up. Please leave. I never in all my years have ever seen such shoddy service. This bait and switch tactic was so blatantly poorly executed. I WAS EXPECTING to buy a car myself next year from them. NO WAY will I buy from this dealer!We visited another Nissan Dealer, Manahawkin **. We told them our experience with the Toms River Dealership. We didnt realize that both are not under same ownership. Whats ugly? They told us that other customers have voiced the same situation but never complainedso Im letting you know. In the end, our seller, ***************************, in Manahawkin ensured my husband was treated with respect and gave him the car he wanted all along. Thank you, ***************************.

      I only give 2 stars because MOST of the service advisors are wonderful to deal with. Unfortunately, I purchased my car here Nov 2021 thinking it was a great deal and exactly what I needed. Just to find out it was traded in with known transmission issues (I received all car records from day of sale to when my transmission was fixed in Dec 2021). The issues were not disclosed to me and I was told the car passed inspection which included transmission. It was certified by 1 of the advisors. The battery died within 45 days of my ownership. Thankfully they did replace the battery for me and the transmission was fixed at no charge as I had a warranty. Fast forward to Jan 16 2023 when I take my car in at the recommendation of an outside mechanic stating something was missing off the engine causing a sound. I was told there was nothing missing but the rear shocks were leaking and needed to be replaced. Once again I dealt with advisor who certified the car originally who said she called my extended warranty and they would cover the shocks. Imagine my surprise when I make the appt and get told they aren't covered they don't know why I was told that. The Jan advisor also never put in the records that the shocks were leaking. The advisor this time was super respectful and helpful and am absolute delight to deal with. I will NEVER purchase from Pine Belt Nissan or any of their other dealers. I strongly recommend people really consider finding another dealer for a used car.

      I purchased a new vehicle from Pine Belt Nissan of Toms River a month ago, my temp registration and license expires in 3 days, still don't have new license/registration. Several messages left for management without a returned call. Was screamed at by a sales rep. *** not count how many lies I was told. Paid for something that was never installed in my vehicle. Was advised that I will not receive a refund because I signed papers, does not matter that It was not delivered and paid for. Still no idea when will I receive my license and registrations. You can find a better dealership that will do much more for a customer. The worse experience with a dealership I ever had.
