      A settlement was decided months ago regarding dry shampoo ( *******) and I still have not received a refund. They keep asking for my address - I think responding 4 times is enough. They seem like scammers.

      I use their Viviscal product for hair growth. I have no idea if it is working, but wanted to give it a shot. They have THE worst customer service. They keep telling me the subscription has gone through when it did not, they hang up on me, they give me incorrect information regarding my purchases, etc. Do they not want to make sales? How hard is it to get your customer service to provide correct information?

      My complaint is against Nair hair remover, it left severe ***** and permanent scar's on my legs. This happened in March of 2023. The company refuses to take responsibility for the product although I took several pictures. They said they don't pay for personal injury but they would pay your doctor ***** I'm the one who has to live with these scar's not the doctors. They sent me a $10 check which was a slap in the face for what I went through. I didn't cash this check because if I did that releases them from any further liability. I would like to start a class action or torte case against them. If anyone is interested or if an attorney See's this PLEASE SEND ME A MESSAGE.

      Small refrigerator. They are a horrible company. They dont own up to their mistakes and defects ! They owe me for my dresser. No wonder why they not accredited with the BBB. Dont buy their products!!

      Oxi Clean Spray ruined 4 articles of clothing. It left spots similar to bleach stains. Bottle clearly states it's for all fabric. Chlorine Free. I've used it before with no issues but I'm not sure what happened this time. I've have attempted to get some compensation from ************************************************* I've filled out the questionaire and sent pictures of the clothes several times. All I get back is an automated message that they are sorry and will look into it. Very disappointed with their lack of consumer responsbility.
