    I was looking for a device for my Stepdad. He is 82 yrs old and lives alone. He recently had a medical emergency and was in the hospital. I gave all information and ordered this system because they said I could receive it within 5 *********** card was billed, days later I checked the shipping and a label had been made. That has been the status for days! I called customer service and all they could tell me was that it should ship in the next 7 to 10 days!!!!!I requested to talk to a manager and was told that I would get a call back in 24 to 48 hours. This is unacceptable! I was more than willing to pay for expedited *********** Stepdad goes back home today. No device No protection.This comany does not care about customers after the sale, they do not care about the loved ones of your family that need the protection. If you are smart you will go with a different ************* I will be looking for another ********* Device, No ***************** No follow up email, No Progress on shipping! I believe this is the definition of scam!!!!!!

    Worst company that I ever dealt with. I ordered the service and called back to ask a question. I was told that my order had been cancelled. I requested that it be reinstated. My credit card had already been charged and then then the charge was reversed. I called back to request that the order be canceled and was told that it would be. I then received an email with a order number and the cost of the order. My charge card was billed for this order. I called again to request that the order be cancelled and was again told that it was cancelled. The next morning I received an email stating that the order is prepared for shipping. I called LifeStation back and requested to speak to a manager or supervisor and was told that none was available but would contact me in 24 to 48 hours. I do not want the service or equipment. Meanwhile the charge is still pending on my charge card.

    Another useless company that promises you the moon then doesnt deliver. Bought a gps plan that they said would work in my area and it does not. cant get of hold of customer service will have to start a credit card fraud report.

    I do not ever do this, however I felt that this information is to important to share. I was speaking with a representative of Lifestation about the needs of my parents. I let them know that they are the first company I was calling as I have only just gotten my parents to agree to look into a device. The salesman was very pressuring and when I again told him I would not be making a purchase today that I was simply looking for information to discuss with my parents he hung up on me. I LOVE MY PARENTS AND WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!

    I purchased their Emergency monitoring device and paid extra for the Fall option. They charged me for the unit and I had it for 3 months. Monthly, starting in the beginning they charged me a month fee of $33.95. When I received the unit, I was told to "test" it which I did and got confirmation that it had been tested. The company NEVER asked for my Emergency Information or where I had a key hidden in case someone needed to get in. At the end of July I fell and pushed the button for Emergency Help. Instead of someone from Lifestation answering to get me help - I got a message that if I was having an Emergency to call 911. The company NEVER responded to my requests to them regarding Emergency Information. No correspondence at all -- I called to return to the unit but they still charged me after I had notified them. They are just another money-hunger company. Obviously don't care about the customer -- requested a portion of a refund -- but of course I didn't get it!!!

    Called to inquire about the way they work asked me for my CC without me joining and on 10/31 they went ahead and charged my account without my authorization. I would never suggest for anyone to join them . My bank is taking care of it as I call it fraud JE

    My mom has an alert button. I called because it went off and it could not shut off, I tested it with three reps and they said it works. I said it works sporadically. I tried to shut it 2, 3, 5, 6 ,10 sec did not shut off, so then it activates a rep. **** is a person's life it needs to work all the time. They told me I couldn't get a supervisor for up to 48 hours I said I will be having surgery. We have this service for a 90 yr old woman. I would like you to change it out, so it always works. It went off Sat night and emergency security came out, I called the number no one answered, there needs to be live people not robots and no answers.

    I would give zero stars if I could. A few months ago my mother fell and the necklace did not detect it. We let it go for the most part as there was a chance that it might have been a slow slide down without enough impact to trigger the necklace. 2 days ago I woke to find my mother on the bathroom floor. She had been there almost 6 hours, soiled herself and was badly bruised. Her necklace was on. Thank god she was ok. I asked her why she didnt hit the button to call for help. She said she had been hitting it all night. I had her press the button again in front of me. Nothing. Useless garbage on her neck. I called lifestation and after speaking to 3 reps on 3 different calls it became clear that they are trained to NOT say Im sorry this happened, or Im glad your loved one is ok. All they would say is I understand your concern.. Like robots. They refused to transfer me to a supervisor and the 1st 2 reps said someone would call me within 2 hours. 3 hours later no call so I called back and the 3rd rep said the return call time is actually ***** hours. These people are criminals, and they absolutely do NOT care about the seniors they are supposed to be helping. Another note a about 6 months ago they stopped having humans answer the help calls for falls or for button presses. Its not a robot who asks if help is needed. If you say no the voice confirms once then hangs up. Really great if a disoriented senior needs help. No more human interaction or judgment calls. So an entire customer service call team was eliminated, worse service and not any chance in monthly rates. Id NEVER recommend this service to anyone. I wont hold my breath for a return call or an expedited necklace as these lists have promised both before and never delivered.
