    Very poor customer service. Equipment would not connect with cell towers, so did not work. **************** representative refused to connect me with a supervisor multiple times. I filed a complaint with my health insurance provider as they were paying for the service. Read BBB complaints about lifestation and they are all the same as mine.

    Have had this service for years and they were great. but this year they went so far down hill I would give them no stars if I could. Have not had a working necklace since Dec 2021. They keep sending defective equipment . But they keep charging every month. They changed me to a new necklace and it didnt work. Fell on the ice January 18 2022 and broke my collarbone and shoulder so bad they cant be fixed. Shoulder has to be replaced. Nothing worked so I couldnt get help. Laid on the ice till I was found. They have sent 4 necklaces and they either didnt work or the wrong chargers were sent with the wrong necklace. Call and oh so sorry we will send you another one. I need one that works!!!!!!!

    My device needed replacing. The response was very satisfactory. The representative handling the request was courteous and able to supply the information on the procedure they would use to replace the device and provided details when it would be delivered along with instructions on how to activate the replacement. My experience with the original device was quite satisfactory and provided a sense of security.

    I had two devices from Life Station. One for my brother and one for my mother. We opted for live-in care for Mom and cancelled the service. They continued to charge the account a monthly fee after the cancellation. When I called customer service, they could not process. They have to "request" a refund. I decided to file disputed charges with the credit card company and watch my statement closely after cancellation. The same thing happened after my brother passed away and we cancelled the service. You return the units, but every month they keep charging for the service. They never really cancel the service until you start filing disputed charges with the credit card company. My thinking is that most people don't notice after their loved one no longer needs the device and ********************** milks them for as much money as they can.
