Relentless calls and shady business practices. I was interested in seeking employment through their services, but after relentless calls, texts and emails, i am no longer considering it. I explained to different recruiters that i am employed and will get back to them when im able to. On numerous occasions, ive sent calls to voicemail (hoping to indicate that i am unable to answer and to leave a voicemail), and repeated calling me until i had to answer and let them know im not available. Im receiving multiple unsolicited calls a day at this point even after asking them to not call me. Be very wary with this company because they will also short change your hourly rate. Most contracted positions have a pay rate based on your education/background/experience etc, this company is deceptive by not letting the consumer know this. They often will give you values lower than the pay range rate, so they can keep more money.Business Response

This company is one of many "temp agencies" who are preying upon job boards for their phishing scams. There are no jobs, and they ask you for your social security information. No legitimate job does that until there is an offer. Do not trust this company.Business Response

Our firm received ********* resume initially through Monster on 10/21/2024, and most recently on 4/22/2025. We acknowledge and respect any requests to be removed from our internal database. However, it is important to note that we cannot control information that may be updated and available in the public domain in the future, which could repopulate our database. Mindlance has been in business for over 20 years in the **. ********* resume and skill set seemed to be a match for a handful of positions that we have been sourcing for our clients in the ** area. This agency is highly unprofessional, with a complete inability to communicate effectively or deliver on their promises to clients and job candidates. I have asked this company multiple times to remove my contact information and to cease from contacting me. I have blocked numbers and email addresses associated with employees. I have been contacted by at least ten different "recruiters." They continue to call and email me.Business Response

This company seems like a complete scam. They constantly text me about RN jobs in **********, and I neither work anywhere close to the medical field (I'm certainly not a nurse!!!) nor live in **********, so pretty positive they haven't legitimately found my info online nor have any desire to place me in legitimate jobs. I've asked them to stop texting me and they legally have to stop, but it just makes them text me more (like every 5 minutes!). When I block them they immediately use a different number. Does that sound like a moral, upstanding business to you? They need to be reported to the *** and the *** for violating phone spam laws.Business Response

I am still receiving texts from your recruiters, I just received one 2 minutes ago, so I know I have not been removed from your list. As stated previously, I have never had any resume that included information about me being a nurse or working in the medical field, as I am a creative who works in marketing and advertising, so it wouldn't make sense for your recruiters to have found my information on a career site and to constantly hound me about travel nursing jobs. All I want is for them to stop contacting me and for you to actually remove my number from your lists.

I have received daily calls and texts at all hours from Mindlance recruiters. I have requested countless times to be removed from their contact list. Ive emailed their HR requesting to be removed at least 3 times with no response. This is harassment at this point.
