I would rather be would rather be marked DO NOT CONTACT and unavailable.  My Monster account has been deactivated because of agencies like you contacting me so I need you to deactivate me in your system. I don't ever want to hear from you unless I've reached out to you.

After researching your complaint It appears that your phone number was listed on another of our candidates resume whom we had reached out to for a potential job opportunity.On April 7, 2023 we had noted that this is an incorrect phone number for this candidate and had been removed from that profile. We do not have your matching name and contact information in our system and apologize for any inconvenience you may have had. I have noted our system accordingly.

    This company calls/ leaves voice maid or texts me multiple times a day. *** asked to be taken off any recruiting lists they may have and the calls continue. No matter how many times I ask them to stop recruiting me they continue to harass me.

    Mindlace and **** calls me around 4 times a day. They asked if I were interest Im a remote position with *****. They request that I send my resume to them acknowledging that I want to be considered for hire. Everything about this feels like a scam. And the pay rate changes every time. The last hourly wage was $16 and today $35. Dont play with people like this. I have 3 sons to take care of and Im a single mom. Its really heartbreaking that they are trying to scam people.

    To whom it may concern I'm seeking assistance to resolve an issue with pay being blocked and harassment from my previous employer mindlance.Mindlance has it listed in their policy and procedures that they are an at will state.I put a notice in and worked my notice . My last day with them was Feb 24,2023. They acknowledged my notice and sent me my information to resign. March 10 I found out they still have me listed on the pay roll. Which is preventing me from getting paid from my current employer. mindlance have reached out on March 10 to me and my current employer for me to come back and work for them.I have already sent in mindlance policy and procedures and my acknowledged notice . I feel like I'm being harassed. I received no issues regarding me leaving between the time of me putting my notice in and my last day there . I didn't start being harassed till March 10 because they were informed by someone else that did not go through the proper channels when notifying mindlance due to I was longer affiliated with them since Feb 24,2023. I should not still be listed under mindlance payroll. I started my new employment after I was no longer with my previous employer. They are currently attempting to go back and change their policy and procedures. They are refusing to allow me to leave the company. After I have already left and been working some where else. They are now trying to go back in and put my time under them even tho I haven't worked for them since Feb 24 so I will get paid from them. I current make three dollars more at my new company and I do not wish to return to work for mindlance. Can some one please contact me regarding this matter I have my documentation if th

    This has been resolved directly with the complainant. There was some confusion involving the claimant's other employer which has now been addressed.
