1 starMy Experience with Mindlance (***************************)I worked with Mindlance on an Art ******** role for a major financial institution. While the process started with promise, it quickly became disorganized. I was never sent an *** or told when the role officially opened, despite interviewing. My recruiter, Poly ***, gave shifting updates saying the role was filled, then reopened, split into two, or replaced by other listings that ultimately went nowhere.Communication was inconsistent, and agreed-upon check-ins were repeatedly missed or delayed. Tomorrow became the default response, while I was offered other roles without resolution on the original one. It began to feel like I was being strung along with distractions rather than treated as a serious candidate. The final straw came when I reached out to a supervisor and shortly after, I received a defensive and oddly timed text from Poly, suggesting she had been alerted. The tone felt performative and confirmed my decision to step away from the agency. What surprised me most was learning that Poly was promoted shortly afterward, despite the ongoing breakdown in communication and follow-through. Still willing to give Mindlance another chance, I applied for a second Art ******** posting. Soon after, I was told the listing was being pulled because the client already had someone in mind reinforcing the same lack of transparency I had experienced before. This experience underscored how crucial professionalism, honesty, and candidate care are in recruiting and how damaging it is when those are missing. While I appreciated the interview opportunity, I would not recommend working with Mindlance based on this experience.Review fromPat M

1 starFrom what I can see right now, the people who work there learned a bunch of English words and phrases but never bothered to try working on pronunciation or grammar. I have also been offered $25.50 an hour for a job that I know will be paying over $40.00 an hour. Where does the extra money go? They act like IRS scam call center rats the way they repeatedly and relentlessly call.Review fromValerie B

I was contacted by a staffing agency called "MindLance" - Im looking 4 remote employment .They emailed w their job description. B4 I returned their call I did a search on the internets 2 C if they were a reputable staffing agency - nope. Recent complaints on BBB about being randomly contacted & wishes 2 B placed on the do not contact list from "potential employees." They're basically scamming people. I briefed the recruiter on who I was & why I was calling. He had a hard time figuring out which job he placed me for - I gave him as much info as he possible so y was it difficult 2 put a name 2 the email. He had a heavy East Indian-sounding accent. I asked who their client is, y wasn't it in the email? He said "PHARMA, MEDICAL DEVICE." He asked what I would b interested in & I told him something similar 2 the field but NOT what was in the job description, just 2 C what his response would b. He proceeded 2 say what the "client" was looking 4 that & asked what my desired pay rate would b. He asked me 2 reply 2 the email w my resume so he can f/o. I asked where did he find my resume / profile (bc y would I have 2 send it again if that's how he found me.) He named a site that I've never signed up for. The call didn't last more than 2 minutes, but he said he'd send my 1st check of $2400. B4 any work or training to confirm my position, I just needed 2 deposit it in 2 my bank account. He then asked what type phone, wifi and bank account I used. He didn't ask about any other relative interests or try 2 get a feel for my work ethic / skills + work experience 2 see if I would be a good fit. Immediately after that, I called PHARMA, MEDICAL DEVICE with the phone # he supplied. The person who answered sounded just like him. He claimed 2 B *************** depart. So I tried 2 C if I could verify if they actively work w this particular staffing agency, so I can protect my info & so PHARMA, MEDICAL DEVICE can protect their integrity. The job was a total scam to access my bank infoMindlance Inc.

Hello *******,Thank you for sharing your feedback. We take all concerns seriously, especially when it comes to ensuring the security and integrity of both our candidates and our recruitment processes. We want to clarify that Mindlance does not, under any circumstances, request banking information from potential candidates prior to employment or onboarding. Our recruitment process is transparent, and any legitimate offer of employment from our team would involve formal steps such as interviews, skill assessments, and an official offer letter none of which include asking for banking details upfront. The claims mentioned regarding a recruiter from Mindlance requesting banking information, sending a check, or asking for deposit information before any work or training has commenced are not in line with our hiring practices. It is possible that the individual you spoke with may not have been a representative of our company or a legitimate recruitment agency. We have no affiliation with the individuals or actions described in the review. We strongly advise all job seekers to remain cautious and to verify the legitimacy of any offers or requests for personal information through direct channels with our HR department. We also encourage candidates to report any suspicious activity to us, as well as relevant authorities, so we can help prevent fraudulent activity that may harm potential employees. Again, we thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we encourage anyone who has concerns or doubts about a recruitment interaction to contact us directly for verification at ****************************** Our goal is to maintain a professional, transparent, and secure recruitment process for all applicants.Review fromAnamaria C

I dont know how this company got my information but I have asked them repeatedly to not contact me about some so called job opportunities that I did not apply for. I did not give my personal information out so Im puzzled as to how they got my phone number and email address. I simply visited a few job search engines and browsed. This tells me they are recording peoples info from these sites somehow (hacking perhaps) and contacting them without permission. They have called me twice back to back today alone and texted me, also left a voicemail. This is harassment and I shouldnt have to keep blocking numbers from this place. Its ridiculous.Mindlance Inc.

Dear Sir/Madam,Mindlance does not collect, elicit or store sensitive information unless the applicant has accepted a legitimate job offer, and is beginning onboarding. 1 starAbsolutely do not do any business with them. Don't apply to any jobs that they have posted. They are scammers and they harass you and they are liars, etc. I cannot tell you how much I do not like them. The ONLY thing that was good about them was that they tried hard to get me a job. But it was only for their benefit. They bad mouthed other companies and they lied about the pay. I have had to block them from contacting me so I would stop being harassed. They do not take no for an answer. I turned down a job with an amazing company and amazing opportunity because I couldn't stand to work with Mindlance. I took a job elsewhere and I told the ppl at Mindlance, but they still harassed me after that. Never do business with them!
