      WORST BUSINESS I HAVE EVER TRIED TO ORDER FROM. I placed 2 orders on 12-29-22 and as of today I have not received my orders. Over the last few weeks I have tried to contact them by sending email off their web page and off of my personal email account. I have also tried to contact them by sending text message as instructed to their phone # given. I have also left messages on the phone # given. NEVER been able to talk to anyone from this company. The only thing Ive seen them do is take the money for the orders in less than 20 minutes of being ordered. As of today I have sent 6 emails, 4 voicemails and 6 text messages. This company is a joke. Please dont order from this company it is a scam. In one email I asked for a FULL refund so I can go to a real parts company. I will now spend my time informing everyone about this company and their business practices and not be fooled by their webpage and how misleading and to perfect and great prices they have just to sucker you in to buying from them. I will also be informing all my purchasing managers at all the dealerships and transmission rebuild companies I know. I will also send out a group email to everyone I know in the business including the **************** at all these businesses about the shady business practices and non communication that *** personally received from this business. All I asked for is either all my parts or a full refund of both these orders in the full amount of $329.62.

      I was searching all over the web for a rebuild kit for my np229 transfer case. Many sites said they had one, but when I called or emailed before buying I was always told they didn't have it.I saw that TPD had one in stock at a really good price, so I texted them, and they got back to me right away and said that they had it in stock. After reading some bad reviews about them I was nervous about ordering it but I took a leap of faith anyways. I had no problems whatsoever with my order! Ordered it and within a week it was here, all parts as listed. Very happy customer,Thanks TPD

      BUYERS BEWARE . So I ordered a part pressure switch for an ******* . They were good priced and offered two day shipping . First red flag is that I ordered it in the am and still didnt get it till the 4th day( even though I paid extra for two day) . No big deal. Part was well packaged and was new . When I got the part installed it through a code for TFT which is a faulty pressure switch code . Bought a dealer part and was fixed . CONTACTED THE COMPANY AND WITHIN 3 hours on a SATURDAY I got a response! AMAZING ! I told them the issue and they ask what the code. Sent them the info .. and its been a while and still no response. Have emailed the company several times. Called and left voicemails . No response. Looked into BBB reviews and not the best either! BUYER BEWARE . Not a good way to treat potential repeating customers !
