    Bought and paid for products that never came and tracking number shows stagnant for 30 days and he threatened to take me to collections if I did a CC dispute. Wouldnt resend, wouldnt refund, wouldnt do anything. Tracking number still shows in limbo and he has the nerve to say Ill send you to collections if you try to get your money back

    Great service, lots of recommendations for their products from other dads doing projects and upgrades for their kids. Excited to get my parts in to rebuild my childrens power wheels Mustang project. So far its been amazing working with the company.

    I give no stars.I ordered tires for my model # power wheels. Received wrong tires -for different from mine. Emailed and went back and forth for days. They said thats what I ordered . And they cant find original order now. Just kept accusing me of ordering wrong tires .size and # of the two sets way off.. not even close! Said they dont usually do refunds but I can send back on my cost minus 15% restocking fee. That would be more then total price of tires. very unprofessional! I will donate these tires . And I order elsewhere.

    Ordered a product from them. Product was non working from the start I had to pay to send it back. After receiving I asked for a refund and was told no. The product was not functioning and I even sent it back on my dime and no refund would issued until they did testing. I had to make a complaint on a social media forum and file a complaint with my card company before they changed their mind. They have turned off all regular review platforms so you cant leave them there and I have found through some forums that their lack of customer service is normal which may explain why they dont want people leaving reviews.
