1 starI wish I could give them zero stars. Worst experience ever. 100% false advertising. They say they are known for alleviating stress over moving. An absolute lie. They do not return emails or texts and they are beyond unhelpful and rude when speaking on the phone. They changed the delivery date 4x, they ended up changing the cost from $1700 to ****. The guy who picked up told me it would be delivered the next day and that because of that I needed to pay cash, there was a huge lack of communication between the admin and actual movers. After changing the date 4x I asked for a discount or for any type of correction and got zero response. Honestly Im shocked that they delivered all of my stuff. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT give them the time of day and DO NOT trust them with any of your belongings.Review fromStacy C.

1 starIn our cross country move-The movers themselves were great, however, once they had my deposit the office was COMPLETELY UNRESPONSIVE to my phone calls, texts and emails. I just wanted a delivery window so I could plan my life. I FINALLY heard from the driver 25 days after they initially took my belongings to say he would arrive next day. They sent the poor guy by himself to move all of our things. What a shame to pay thousands and no customer service skills.Review fromKathleen R

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! PLEASE SEE VIDEO. **************************** I moved from ** to **. I was told that this company, a full-service mover, does their own moving. This wasuntrue. ALL work was subcontracted. We provided a detailed inventory and were given a space allotment that we were assured, by the sales associate, would be PLENTY of space, plus extra for unexpected overages, and I received a “binding” estimate. They asked if our destination would accommodate a semi-truck. I checked and assured them that it could. When the movers arrived to pick up, they had a small box truck. I was confused. The crew proceeded to manhandle my boxes and furniture, flipping things over and dropping them outside, breaking one of my items before loading it, and leaving an item they marked to take. When I tried to explain about the fragile items, only one of the three spoke English, making communication all but impossible. When they had loaded all of my items, I was informed that the items were going to be taken to some undisclosed location and transferred to another truck (the aforementioned semi). I was also informed that I was over my space allotment by 50%, though there were no markings in their truck to indicate. They insisted that my $3000 contracted cost was now $4500 – but they were going to be “really nice and cut $400 from the bill,” and that I should be really thankful for how kind they were. I spent the next 3 weeks obsessing about the condition of my stuff. When they finally arrived to deliver, I was told by a belligerent driver that there was NO WAY he could bring a semi to my condo, UNLESS I paid an extra $450. Then he would be willing to attempt it. Since I didn’t have an extra $450, he pulled over to the side of the road outside our condo association and proceeded to unload all of our worldly goods onto the street, arguing that it was not his job to move the items to the proper area. Then he left. He also left us with a large packed item that is not ours.Moving Relocation Systems LLC

First, we would like to apologize for any inconvenience the customer has endured during the move.It is never our intention that customers will have a less than satisfying experience.Per federal and state regulations carriers must not pay any claims voluntarily unless filed in writing within the time limits allowed by law and after filing requirements have been met. Therefore, we must refer all our customers to file a claim with our 3rd party claims company CSI so that it can be reviewed and addressed in a timely manner. We have contacted CSI and requested that initiate a claim file to allow the customer to file a claim as required by the law. On 11/06/2022 the customer was registered in their system and emailed the login credentials and information required to properly file a claim.A Binding estimate is an estimate which is binding on both the customers and the carriers whether based on cubic feet or weight. Both the customer and the carrier agree that for the services described in the estimate, the charges will be as disclosed. Binding estimates if based on weight do not require a weight ticket and will not change according to the weight of the shipment regardless of the result of the weighing. The only way to change a binding estimate is to write a revised binding estimate that automatically cancels out any previously given binding estimate. For example, if the original service order changes and more items and / or more services are requested to be shipped or performed by the movers, then a new Revised Binding Estimate must be issued to include the new charges resulting from the added items and services. The revising of an estimate must be due to a change of order which results in a change of charges. Weighing of shipments and adjustment of charges accordingly is only an option with a non- binding estimate. We regret the customer had to sustain such unacceptable behavior of our ******* and/or crew. Our company policy provides for disciplinary action when such a complaint is received by a customer. The matter has been addressed by management. We thank you for bringing the matter to our attention as it helps our quality control department avoid such future complaints. We regret the customer found it necessary to file a complaint, but trust that the above explanation enables them to better understand our position in this matter.Review fromTara A

1 starWould not recommend! The initial call was so pleasant and I felt very pleased with our decision to go with Moving Relocation Systems over numerous quotes from other moving companies. We listed all items being moved to from Connecticut to Texas and was told the date we scheduled for pickup would be a good date to assure the items would get there no later than 2 days after the date requested. Once we signed the contract with quote, which was 2 months in advance, communication was minimal. Texted to say picking up items earlier than contract stated. movers came 2 hours later than the time stated and we were not told about the whole process that a different company comes to pick up the stuff then who delivers, not prepared for tip. Once items were getting loaded amount was going up by a $1,000. I phoned the senior rep Chris Hall so upset and never received a call back. Called week and a half later from the pick up just to see if the items were on track to be delivered on expected date and Mr. Hall advised to call customer service, called and told items would not arrive for another 4-6 days. Called customer service back 4 days later and the rep named Jennifer apparently did not put the call on hold and she was heard saying “these f’n people, it’s only been 4 or 5 days”, she was called out on her comments which were rude and unprofessional, how appalling!I guess she realized how appalling that was and within the hour the driver called to say he was delivering the next day or day after. Items were finally delivered the next day but the boxes were pretty beat-up, thankfully nothing was broken. You are at their mercy once they have your items but if I know then what I knew now I would never have used them!Review fromBrenda S

1 starMovers Beware Moving Relocation Systems is sold with all the right words, but be careful!!! The non-English speaking guys from Guatemala were nice. However, if it weren’t for my friend being fluent in Spanish, we would not have known about the extra empty boxes they were discussing to include to make up the load differential. The Guys that unloaded us, spent the weekend in the hotel when their truck broke down. The company claimed they had no idea about the truck situation… okay. The unloading process included dropping boxes from the second floor to first floor to save some steps. The man overseeing the activities was informed and said he would address it. He told them we were complaining and the other guy replied, “Oh, my bad!” Then they proceeded dropping some more. They do not pay for any fragile items unless they pack them. We would have been happy to use the service if the $9600.00 move price would not have doubled. It was because we took up a whole truck. However, when unloading, the remaining half of the truck was transported to California. Think twice about who you use- get everything in writing and use the full service. Otherwise, a majority of your items will be destroyed and you will not be compensated. Oh, and don’t use MOVING RELOCATION SYSTEMS out of New Jersey.
