  Zero stars. Still haven't received my delivery. It's been 6 days. Things were broken within the first 15 min of them packing. I am not hopeful that my stuff will arrive in one piece or even at all. Thank goodness anything of importance is with me. Big NO! Would not recommend this company. I could cry!!

  The delivery on this company was horrible and so unprofessional. The driver arrived and was on a personal call, seemed he had an attitude as soon as arrived wanted balance payment right away at arrival. Wanted me to go outside tell crew where to put boxes but he did not see where rooms where, and I had to keep going in and out to direct them I thought they were experienced and new what they were doing, then he proceeds to tell me they can't move boxes twice, he told crew to leave boxes in garage, and I said to him is that supposed to be a joke, he said was joking with his crew, which was not funny to me as most boxes were labeled as to what room they were going in. My Christmas tree was not put in a box, which I paid for at pickup they told me it was put in a box, one of my bins was broken and contents falling out of it, and furniture damaged. I paid a lot of money for this move, as soon as they arrived for pick up the lead guy said it was going to be more than estimate which seems to be a pattern from the reviews I have read. I will never use this company again or recommend using them.

  Horrible scammers and thieves. Price Gougers and they aren’t using accurate information. Given different Zelle, names, numbers to pay them and the brokers hire Arab men who steal your belongings. Report to the Dept of transportation. Most of them eating themselves.

  Like other reviews, I experienced horrible Harassment from *****, too. 10 calls within 2 minutes, nonstop.(I have a proof). I felt extremely uncomfortable and almost called the cop.That happened after they found out that we decided to go with other moving company.

  Ive been so inundated with calls that I no longer want to even consider this moving company. One to two calls with some time in between is fine, but SEVEN calls in less than an hour in the early morning hours UNACCEPTABLE. I have no desire to ever use their services, nor would I recommend them to anyone!

  After going thru my boxes many items were broken. Most damage beyond repair. I started the claim process and was told I didnt get insurance for the move. I know I talked about getting insurance for the move with the salesman and we agreed to have it. During signing the move paperwork they pointed to a place on the paperwork and said this is for insurance so I initiated it to my dismay. The place I initialed was for recovery of damaged items at $0.60/pound. If that would have been pointed out I would have known that was not what I agreed on and would have never signed it. This was complete deception.I tried numerous times to get my paperwork and they never responded. I am so sorry that I ever hired them. I would never hire them again. I now have to get a lawyer to recover my losses if possible. Dont get involved with them.

  This is my second time using Moving Relocation Systems. I highly recommend this company. All of my items arrived on time and there was no damage. ****** was always available to assist me. I couldn't ask for better service on her end. The men did an excellent job packing my items in the truck. I especially liked the fact that they gave extra room just in case I brought some extra boxes. I used some of it and was given a credit for the rest. A "well oiled machine" as they say. I am very satisfied with my move and will use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for an excellent moving company.

  Horrible customer service. My move was over a week late. Then I was called at 5 pm and told they would be in the next morning and then ********* with a $2500 fee if I could not accept the move in such a short notice forcing me to take off work with basically no notice. Reps were very polite until they have your money then they get rude. I would give 0 stars if I could.

  If I can give this company a zero star I would this company is the worst company ever they scammed me for my deposit which was $639.90. I keep calling and calling and no one answers the phone. These people are a scam. Please dont go with these people they are the worst, ***** is a liar ******* is another liar ******** is another . They are all liars. they were quick to take my deposit and now they dont want to give my deposit back. I have seven days before the moving date to request my deposit so the following day I called them back and told them I wanted my deposit back and they gave me the runarounds. Apparently the phone call got disconnected, and I never heard back from them, if youre going with a moving company, please avoid this company. They are the worst and they are scam artists they will take your money and leave you dry. Warning do not go with this company.

  IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. BUNCH OF LIARS IS WHAT THEY ARE. ****** ROPES YOU IN SAYING SHE UNDERSTANDS YOUR STRUGGLE AND SHOWS YOU BOGUS INFORMATION SAYING THEY'RE NOT A BROKER WHEN THEY ARE. THEN ******** IS ***** HIMSELF AND HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE ****** SHE'S RUDE, LOUD AND CONDESCENDING. THEY GIVE YOU A FAKE ESTIMATE AND THEN TRY TO CHARGE YOU THOUSANDS MORE AT PICK UP. UNBELIEVABLE. I GAVE PICTURES OF EVERYTHING I HAD AND THEY DETERMINED ON THEIR "EXPERTISE" WHAT THE ***** FT WAS, THEN PROCEEDED TO TELL ME IT WAS MY FAULT. THE ONLY REASON I GAVE 1 STAR IS BECAUSE THE ACTUAL MOVERS ARE NICE AND LOOKS OUT FOR THE ACTUAL CUSTOMER AND KNOW THAT THIS COMPANY SCAMS PEOPLE. THE ACTUAL MOVERS SAY THEY'RE NOT A GOOD COMPANY AND TRY TO MAKE UP FOR THE ABSOLUTE ROBBERY THEY DO TO PEOPLE THAT JUST SPENT THOUSANDS ON ONE OF THE WORST MOVING COMPANIES EVER. AND JUST WONDERING WHY MY BELONGINGS CAME ON A TRUCK NOT LABLED MOVING RELOCATION SYSTEMS IF THEY'RE NOT A BROKER.
