Beyond a terrible experience. I started my order on 11/16/22. Paid for expedited shipping, today is 12/8/22 and I still only have 1 of the 4 pieces I ordered. I violated a government contract because they have botched up this order a few times along the way. The employees are rude and condescending and offer you nothing in return. I still don't have the products that I ordered and was promised on 11/16/22. They keep making promises they do not keep. I want some money back for all of the violations they caused.

      Date: 12/09/2022

      Hello,
      Regarding order #:
      ******.
The Customer Spoke to a Pump Products employee (Wholesaler) to order 4 pieces of a Zoeller
39-0002 with expedited (overnight) shipping. Pump Products had immediately sent
the purchase order reflecting the items and overnight shipment to the manufacturer (Zoeller) to ship the items
overnight directly to the customer. At this point it seemed all was
settled and the order process was complete from Pump
      Products (Wholesalers) end.
A couple days later the customer called very upset, they had
only received 1 of 4 items. A Pump Products employee had immediately contacted the manufacturer (Zoeller) to see what had happened. It seems the delay was due to the
manufacturer (Zollers) supply chain issues. The manufacturer (Zoeller) had stated that they resolved
the supply issue and would ship the remaining 3 items immediately.
Being that the customer had paid for expedited shipment and
      never received the items
overnight, Pump Products refunded the customer in
full for their additional payment for the expedited charges.
The customer called back again the next day,
understandably irate. Customer had asked for the manager, to which the sales
manager spoke with the customer. The customer was very upset and the manager
had said several times that we were sorry for all the inconvenience this order
had caused them, however we could not control
supply chain issues that the manufacturer (Zoeller) had been experiencing. The frustration on the customer's end was
      understood and acknowledged several times.
The customer ended up hanging up on the manager; ending the call.
