      I called the company for an estimate for the bathroom and for a service call to replace the washer (as cold water is leaking).Sales rep ***** send his plumbers and a plumber **** showed up with another person. **** measured the size of the toilet and told me what size to buy. However, he REFUSED TO DO A SERVICE CALL AND ARGUED THAT I NEED TO BE CHARGED FOR A SERVICE CALL AS HE GIVES ME AN ESTIMATE.I understand that everyone has a different IQ but if a customer is asking for 2 things: an estimate and service call how could it be so difficult to handle?***** supposedly ****'s supervisor was so rude and hanged up on me only listening to his plumber story! I have everything recorded by a RING camera. **** was going to also give me an estimate on the bathroom where customer buys his own supplies but refused to measure it! Stating that I would get it done by someone else. So a sales rep from a Window World measure the tub for me. Very sad how disrespectful blue colar employees are. PEOPLE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
