I'd been complaining ceaselessly to fix my withdrawals not going through but it fell on deaf ears. Pressured me into depositing.100k as my first commission and overtime, it grew exponentially. I deposited $1100, and cannot withdraw. I have explained to them multiple times that my card is no longer active, so I cannot withdraw to it. They lied and said that my **** bank account needed to be linked again through plaid to withdraw, but I never linked it in the first place. My ***** account that I deposited with has also been removed, and I do not have the option to withdraw to that bank account. The only option is the card ending in ****, which I have already explained to them is no longer active. I was also told another lie that I could withdraw to the card although it is not active because the bank account is still active, which is not true.Initial Complaint

You can easily fund the account, but you will hit walls on trying to withdrawals. They seem to charge $25 dollars for bank withdrawals even though there is no wording that suggest such a fee would be charged. They will not process your withdrawals even though they say that it has been completed. When you call them, no one will answer the phone. You are just left on hold indefinitely. Plus, they eventually start charging you $30 a month for having an account. Seems like a scam to me.Initial Complaint

I have been trying to get my money deposited out of this Forex account for the past year now and every time I follow their steps, they completely changed the next steps for me to do explaining to them that I have moved and I no longer have the address to the bank account being closed for overdraft they let me add a bank account that they let me know after months of no communication that they do not accept chime bank account so I gave them my ********** account to no avail, telling me to send a statement that has been sent to the address on file which Ive already explained to them. Engaged in a practice called copy trading at thew encouragement of ******* binary trader ***************************** who engaged mre in copy trading with exmtrade.com. After incurring significant profits through copy trading, I was notified by ************ and exmtrade that I could withdraw these profits for my personal use. While we apologize for the frustration the customer is dealing with, ********************** LLC d/b/a FOREX.com does not have any relationship with ***************************** and/or *****************************. Further, other than bank fees in the case of wire withdrawals, FOREX.com does not charge any additional processing fees for withdrawals. on May 23, 2023 I tried to make a withdrawal from this company, it has been a month and I still don't have my money. I have been with this company for over a decade, the same account and routing number, now for the last month they pretend not to recognize my routing number and I have been going back and forth, and still don't have my money, thanks in advance.
