    Because of the action on the part of **** of America and Forex.com I was not able to pay my rent. Since I am a full time student my funds where very and are limited which made it difficult to find a place quickly. I was comunicating with the **** ia emails and Phone calls attempting to resolve the issue on my own. I had to restructure my time to handle my class load and did not have the neccessary time to devote at that time. Also I thought I would have more time to resolve this.

    Opened an account with them on my birthday funded it ****** to a trading view account thru forex. they closed my account a week later after accepting the money to fund the account i made some trades lost a few remaining balance before they closed the account was ******. I can not sign into the account to monitor my account or view anything. They keep emailing me to verify account financial and email information i gave them everything they needed however i still can not log in to the account to view anything or withdraw my money they kept my funds even though I am not able to trade in this account i ask for a refund they sent another email with a form to fill out. However its illegal to hold funds in a trade account and deny them access to the account I am asking for them to refund my ****** ASAP all I want is to get out of this broker they are not playing with a full deck.

    I opened an account on my birthday as gift to myself only to find out this company took my funds and closed my account not allowing me access to my account stating my email is different my financial information needs undating when I call them they tell me we sent an email I look at the email there is nothing to reference... I ask them to close the account and refund me my money. Then they send an email form for me to fill out and mail back but you must have a printer to print out the form. However they had no problem opening my account and accepting the funding into the account once it was open it was only two weeks they blocked my access to my account and kept the money i used to fund my account without returning it. How can you take money then close the account for some discrepancies they created.

    They intentionally disable customers login to the app during volatile times which results in inability to manage risk properly or miss out o any market movement If you call or reach out they are utterly useless and not willing to help

    Return the balance of my account. I have been trying to get the balance of my account returned and close said account. They keep changing there demands or as they call them requirements for things that I or my bank simply can't come up with either because of the banks software or my refusal to give them every account number and balance I have with BECU there statements are for all my accounts in one place they have no way to show a statement for that one account. As well they have no way that shows the debit card is connected to that bank account in a fashion that meets there so called requirements. The reprehensive from **** says it falls under the antilaundering laws. I printed out a copy of my statement and then blackout all the accounts except the one they need because it's been modified well that's the best I or the bank can do. They are now saying they need a signature from the bank. I am done with never ending marry go round and I am not going bank to stand in line at the bank again if they needed a signature they should have asked for it the first. I guess they are just trying to keep collecting those monthly inactivity fees until there is nothing left. I have called several times and have over 25 emails involved in trying to settle this as well as a call to there apparent company Gain Capital which I could only leave a message and have heard no reply from them either.
