      I rarely leave reviews, but I feel obligated to speak out about my experience with this practice. I had two surgeries through ENT and Allergy Associates, and when complications and concerns arose, I was completely dismissed.What shocked me most wasnt just the disappointing surgical outcomesbut how I was treated afterward. I was made to feel like a burden for asking questions about my own health. When I voiced serious concerns and formally reached out for help and accountability, the response I received was cold, defensive, and utterly dismissive.Instead of being treated with compassion and understanding, I felt gaslit and blamed. I even received a letter claiming the matter was closed, without any offer of real resolution. This experience has taken a serious toll on my emotional well-being. Im now in therapy, trying to work through the damage this office and its affiliated professionals have caused.Patients deserve empathy and transparencyespecially after surgery. Unfortunately, I received neither. I would not recommend this office to anyone looking for real patient care or accountability.
