    I started seeing charges from a company called Patriot Pros Network in March of 2025. I emailed them to cancel whatever subscription I had even thought I do not ever recall signing up for a membership. They had agreed to credit my account on 3/19/25. Today, 5/19/25, I looked and they had charged that same card on 4/14 and 5/1/25. Much to my dismay, I attempted to call them to discuss this issue and of course, waited on hold for way too long with no one helping me. So, I emailed them like I did in March and received an immediate response that they would refund the money. I have no faith that they will uphold their end and remove my credit card number from their accounts.

    My husband ordered ***** coins on 12-27-24, and, has received nothing. We are on a fixed income and losing $139.86 isn't a small thing for us. If he had received what he ordered would be one thing, but, having that money stolen from our account is not okay. We are requesting a full refund of our money. Thank you.

    Date of transaction: 11/18/2024 Paid $13.96 for a 2025 Calendar The business committed to provide me with a calendar My credit card was charged $13.96 on 11/20/24. I did receive them after a few weeks however my credit card was debited again $29.99 on 12/18/24 then again $34.99 on 1/18/20285. I sent them an email and and completed the contact form on their site to cancel my subscription. I called their phone number and waited on hold for over 1 hour. T I'm on a fixed income and I feel taken advantage of. I'm asking for a refund of my $29.99 & $34.99. I never authorized this money to be deducted. Please stop these unauthorized charges ASAP and return my money. Thank you so much.

    I purchased three book safes from Patriot Pros Network on March 11, 2024 for $89.97. Upon review of my credit card account this morning I found that they have been charging me $34.99 and $29.99 each month since then for a total of $579.73.

    I ordered ***** Coins from this business. A ONE TIME PURCHASEor so I thought. Not only did I not receive a **** thing from them, they enrolled me in a monthly membership that I DID NOT sign up for. They ended up taking two $34.99 payments from me for coins I never got, and two $29.99 payments from me for a monthly membership I never requested. You cannot get through to them by phone, only email! The ONLY response I got was that they were canceling my membership, but not one word about items I never received! I had to report them as fraud and had to get a new debit card besides! They absolutely robbed me! This business is a scam and the Attorney General for the State of New Jersey should shut them down IMMEDIATELY! Please help! Im a senior on a fixed income and I cannot afford to lose money I never agreed to lose! ***** ****** ************

    I ordered 2 patriotic calendars that were $8.97 each on November 8, 2024. My credit card was charged $17.94 on 11/8/24. I did receive them after a few weeks however my credit card was debited again $34.99 on 11/27/24 then again $29.99 on November 27, 2024. I sent them an email and they advised me they would cancel my subscriptionwhich I never subscribed to. I called their phone numbernot in service. This is their reply to my email: Hello *******,That's no problem, I can go ahead and cancel your subscription to our Patriot Pros Network VIP Membership. You should receive email confirmation of this shortly. I wrote them back that I NEVER subscribed to any subscriptiononly 1 time purchase of calendars. Im a senior citizen and feel Ive been taken advantage of. They show veterans on their site and I figured this was a reputable org. Im asking for your help to get back my $29.99 & $34.99. I cant afford to lose this money. Please make sure they dont debit my card again. Thank you so much.

    I placed an order with this company on November 12th for $19.99. I have not received my order. Then on November 25th they charged me $29.99 and I did not approve this I did not purchase anything else from this company other than my original purchase. Done on November 28th they charged me $34.99 for something. I did not make this purchase either. I have tried contacting them several times but to no avail. I would like to report them and I would like to file a dispute to get my money back.
