I’m still waiting for a callback from Paul Miller after my recent service visit that consisted of a diagnosis. Monday morning 9:45am appointment didnt get settled until Wednesday at 4:45pm. 2+ days for a diagnostic is absurd! No communication whatsoever and then they gauge the price! To make matters worse, I just found out there’s been a recall on my vehicle that wasn’t diagnosed or even mentioned during my appointment. Paul Miller is prioritizing profit over customer safety.

It’s frustrating to think that they might not be doing the necessary work to keep their customers safe. Why bother addressing issues when it could cost them money? I expected better service and communication.

I purchased a Previously owned X5 on 11/19/ 2022 from Paul Miller BMW for $53,661.29. I had asked to test drive the charcoal colored X5 & the salesperson brought me a blue X5 to test drive. I never got to see the charcoal colored X5 until the day I bought it. A few days later the salesperson called me asking if everything is ok with the car. I gave him a list fo 5 items to repair. He referred me to a Service representative who was great & replaced/fixed everything except for the drivers seat that has stitching coming apart. She said *** would not cover it, but to try with my salesperson and see if the sales department will cover it. I contacted my salesperson who said they will not replace the driver's side seat cushion. I asked him if they would stitch it up & he said no. This is not a large cost & if this isn't repaired it's only going to get worse over time. It's a 2 year old car over $50,000. They should stitch the seat up at minimum.
