    If i could give them a negative 1 I would; they lost my wheel lock and didnt bother to return it or refund me; no one ever calls you back and no one knows anything. the brand is overrated and there is better customer service out there than the garbage that works here.

    This review is for your body shop,From the very beginning, **** was incredibly rude, dismissive, and aggressive in tone. Every time I called to follow up on the repair status, he would speak to me with a condescending and irritated attitude. Instead of answering my questions or giving me any updates, he commanded me not to call and said, When your car is ready, Ill let you know. He made me feel like I had no right to even ask about my own car. When I respectfully tried to explain that Im a paying customer and have the right to know whats going on, he became even more rude and dismissive.Despite waiting patiently, I never received any updates. I had to chase them down myself, and even then, I was met with hostility. At one point, **** even threatened that if I wanted to take my car out of the shop, I would have to pay out of pocket for the time it had been there even though the insurance was already covering it. He took full advantage of the fact that I had a rental car and knew I couldnt easily move my car elsewhere without delays and more out-of-pocket expenses.This was by far the worst customer service experience Ive had especially coming from a business with the **** Miller name, which I previously trusted. Alexs behavior was not only unprofessional but completely unacceptable, and he clearly does not understand how to speak to or treat customers. I strongly discourage anyone from taking their car to this body shop. If you value respectful service and transparency, go elsewhere.

    Dealership is price gouging consumers. Reported to ******** Attorney General and *** *** and ****** in Europe. Was going to take delivery of a vehicle that is not yet even in ******* - pre-purchase agreement was being negotiated. Sales manager insisted that 4 packages (paint protection, extended warranty, theft etching, others) MUST be taken and paid for even if they are not desired. These items are ************** that we refused but were told "you can't buy the car then". These items are not on the car / not required on the car / not wanted on the car - but were required to be put on / paid for and taxed. Likewise, documentation fees, registrations fees being charged are 3 to 4 times the cost of other *** dealerships. This is simple price gouging and trying to take advantage of the consumer by jacking up pricing on unnecessary and undesired expenses. Buying a car from an alternate dealership (even if having to wait 6 extra weeks to receive). This dealership should be fined or taken away from current ownership/management.
