  Moving is very stressful and I was at my wits end. ***** was very patient with me in answering all my questions and *** in Customer Support was great in helping me solve any problem.

  Warning!!! Do not use!!! These people are scammers. I called them out of desperation and they told me they could help to get the remainder of my belongings from ** to **. They were going to pick my things up on 07/03/23 but to be able to do give me a concrete time of pickup they needed a deposit and they would call me back with a precise time. When I did not hear back from them by 3pm on that day I canceled and was told okay thats fine and that the billing department would send me the cancellation form. They charged me the deposit and now I cannot get an answer from anyone, that is whenever I am able to get a person on the phone which they never answer, they have answering service which the same sweet voice lady answers. It is just myself and my elderly mother and they have stolen $993.70 from us causing more stress during an already stressful move. I emailed cancellation as stated to do on the estimate, called every single phone number associated with them and nothing. They are scammers and will steal your money. I may be out $933.70 but you dont need to be if you read this.

  Absolute horrible scamming company. They advised my parents of one price and took their security deposit. A few days before the move they were told it was quoted incorrectly and the priced doubled. When they tried to get out of it they were told they would lose their deposit. I wish I was made aware of this at this time but was not. So my parents agreed, when the 3rd party moving companies arrived all of a sudden they need 75% down. I work in the moving industry and I have never heard of such horrible customer service and scamming as I have with them. I am certain it is against the law to hold a deposit when they change the estimate as much as these rip offs did. DO NOT USE this company. If it sounds too good to be true it is! I called to complain and they said they needed a filing number and to call them back. When I returned their call they avoided it and sent me to the answering service. And are not returning my call. If I could give this company a -10 star I would. It's a shame they cause so much more stress for people who are already moving which is stressful enough. I am sick to my stomach thinking how many people they have ripped off in the past and will continue to rip people off.

  If I could leave less than one star I would. My initial contact and quote with the sales agent was very prompt and professional. After my furniture was picked up...it has been a nightmare. Our move from ***** to ***** was promised to take 4-7 days. Today has been 7 days and I have been told several things: from my belongings are in ** awaiting payment for to schedule delivery (final payment was already made and cleared my bank) to that its in ********** because our deposit check bounced (even though I was able to prove it had never bounced and had cleared my account on July ******** this point I have no idea where my belongings are. Reaching anyone there is almost impossible and when you do get someone they insult you, accuse you and lie to you and can't give you any information about your belongings or where they are or when they will get to you.I would never recommend this company to anyone. This was the worst possible choice we could have ever made. I just hope we get our belongings get delivered. I am even questioning the likelihood of that right now.

  While talking to *** an ***** I was promised 1 month free storage. I was told my Items would be placed in Storge near ********** **. Which is where I was relocating, and they would be delivered to my new home once I had a new address. After numerous phone calls with 3 different employees I was giving many different answers, the only thing that stayed consist was the 1 month free storage.I was always reminded that I was on a recorded line which I replied great so when you lie to me we can check the tapes. When the movers arrived in ******** to load my items the driver said my items were going to a storage warehouse in *******! The second location after they lied an said my items would be stored in ********, which I agreed too. I have made many calls to Magellan and have received ZERO RESPONES! I have also advised that I would be seeking advise from a lawyer and filed this complaint to the BBB. Thank you *******************************

  Life savers! I had another company cancel on me last minute and Magellan made last minute accommodations to get me out of my house on time. And for booking one day in advance, Id say the price was very fair. Delivery time was very reasonable as well. I cant thank them enough for getting me out of a pinch!

  Movers were on time, packed my house up and delivered when they said they would. Period. It could not have went any smoother. Thank you **** for all your help! Begining to end, Magellan Van Lines is the best! Thank you!!

  I was totally out of my element when I started looking for moving companies for our move. I had heard so many horror stories and was unsure which company I should go with and could trust. I finally settled on Magellan Van Lines and prayed that everything would go okay. Boy am I glad I did! From start to finish the angels at Magellan were nothing but professional and helpful. They answered all of our questions and were very responsive throughout the whole moving process. The crew they sent to actually do the move was spectacular as well. With the move being so far we expected a broken lamp or a scuffed chair but they somehow managed to get all of our stuff over **** miles to ** in one piece. We were really impressed with that. I could not recommend this company any higher and suggest anyone that is struggling to choose a mover to look no further and give Magellan a call.

  I highly recommend using Magellan Van Lines for anyone moving from one state to another! They moved our 2 bedroom home from ********** to **********. The pricing was not the cheapest but the service made it worth every *****. Everything arrived in the same condition that it left in and it took them about 12 days for delivery.
