My experience with this company is they are reliable and do good work. They have serviced my heater that is natural gas. They have repaired it and also have serviced my heater and hot water tank. They always call back and come when they say they will be there. Nothing is cheap these days when it comes to service since it is expensive for parts and the overhead to run a business. Yet, I find their fees for service are reasonable and honest. I trust them and will continue to use them. ***************************

********************************************* deserve no stars. Called for a heater 12/2021. **** came out with no presentation, cost or model types. Oh I dont have time for that, Ill call you this afternoon. No calls returned, finally 3 , 4 days later contacted me. Installed heater 12/31/22. A nightmare. No heat for 5 days after installed, wouldnt come out on holidays or weekends even though they installed the new heater. Finally got heat only to have it go out again. Many problems with the install. It was like dealing with the Keystone Cops! From the heater stack that failed Twp. Inspection due to a carbon monoxide risk to a fire hazard from the caulk used. Stack aloud freezing cold air to enter home in winter and 130 degrees of heat to enter in summer. Left all holes and openings around ductwork and coil inside home and underneath. Causing no air conditioning all summer (and a very hot summer that year.). Had to put in a window unit to help out even though my community doesnt allow window units. I had 2 contractors come out to assess at my expense. Settled on one for an extra $5,000 to repair the shoddy unprofessional install beside the fees of the two 2nd opinions. ********************************************* came out approximately 20 times in the year after they installed until I said no more. They offered a nominal price for another contractor to fix the exhaust stack!! The following year I had a heart problem in and out of ER from the stress, thats why this review is late. Their excuses were bandaid fixes to their shoddy install. And saying issues are preexisting. That was a blaten lie as proved out and testing I received, Have lived here 16 years, I knew what was involved. Heater and air conditioning was working great until it broke down. How does a company install a new heater and not install it to perfection? All the fixes they suggested were so wrong and wanted more money. They made up things that would not have helped one bit that was proved out in writing from new contractor.

I have been grossly overcharged for a simple service of installing a faucet. On May 1, 2023 I called Filan Conner, whom I've used before with no problem, asking to purchase and install a kitchen faucet which was faulty. They had exactly the same item as the one I wanted, NEEDED, replacing. I was told the next morning, 5-2-23, by the installer technician, that "if I had purchased a faucet they'd install it for $375". But instead I purchased the faucet from Filan Conner from their stock. Retail on that faucet ANYWHERE is not more than $350 and some quite cheaper. Yes, he replaced my faucet within an hour ... but charged me $1,045!!!!!!! It was next day service but certainly not an emergency call. At most that charge should have been AT RETAIL $720 based on the highest retail cost of the faucet. I was robbed and want this known. I've emailed the company but have had a cold-shouldered-no-response whatsoever. I am through with Filan Conner for any call in the future!
