From the first consultation, their team was responsive, attentive, and eager to understand our vision. The photographers captured every moment beautifully, ensuring that we would have memories to cherish for a lifetime. The quality of the photos and videos was outstanding, with impeccable attention to detail. The team was punctual, professional, and courteous throughout the entire process. We used Enchanted Celebrations for photo, video, and DJ services! I can't speak enough about how wonderful our team was. ******* was a stellar photographer. He knew exactly what he was doing, made us feel calm and comfortable immediately after our first phone call and all throughout the wedding. He kept us laughing and created such beautiful images that we will cherish forever. He is extremely talented and we are so thankful we were able to snag him for our day. He was so helpful when I got stung by a bee too, ran to get me ******** cream, (took a photo of my hand with ice on it for memories! LOL) and allowed me a break and took the guys for photos. When I say he went above and beyond, he truly did!**** was a *** to work with as well! He was our videographer and he did an incredible job. Him and ******* made an amazing team. **** captured so many beautiful shots and we have so much footage we can look back on forever. He had such a creative vision and it was so comforting that he knew exactly our style just from having a conversation with us on the phone. ***** gave us A PARTY! People raved about our music and he was such a pleasure to have as our MC for the night. He was energetic and kept the party excited and going all night long. The dance floor was full all night long!lastly, our edited highlight video was a dream come true. Who knew 5 minutes could capture our night so wonderfully. The editing was exactly what we wanted and we watch it over and over again. Overall, the ** team was communicative with the ease of an online portal and quick communication via email and were able to answer all questions and make adjustments to our contract as needed. We were so happy to have the whole team as our vendors.Enchanted Celebrations

We worked with ******* *. as our videographer and we couldnt be happier! He was so friendly and his attention to detail was impeccable. People were telling me how great he was and they are so excited to see the video. From the wedding to the getting of the video was a short time and we were not disappointed!! Enchanted Celebrations is the absolute best! They photographer and videographer were amazing and made our day so special even with the rain. We have beautiful, unique pictures that no one else has. They made everything perfect. Highly recommend. Great customer service and works with you and highly professional. They call the week of the event to make introduce themselves and plan your big day. I can't say enough wonderful things about Enchanted Celebrations! They truly made our wedding day unforgettable. We used their services for photography, videography, DJ, and the photo booth, and each aspect was absolutely ******************** & Videography: The photographers and videographers were beyond professional and made us feel so comfortable throughout the day. They captured every special moment, and the photos and video turned out stunningevery single shot was perfectly framed and full of emotion. Our highlight reel was like something out of a movie! We will treasure these memories **********: The DJ absolutely nailed the vibe we wanted for the night. They kept the dance floor packed and played a great mix of songs that appealed to all our guests. We had a few specific songs in mind, and the DJ seamlessly incorporated them into the set. The energy was amazing from start to finish!Photo Booth: The Photo Booth was such a hit with our guests! It added an extra layer of fun to the reception. The props were creative, and the instant prints were a nice touch. Our guests had a blast, and we now have a collection of hilarious and sweet memories to look back on.Overall, Enchanted Celebrations exceeded all expectations. The team is professional, friendly, and truly passionate about what they do. Everything was coordinated perfectly, and the day went off without a hitch. We got married in late March and its taken me two months to write this review because I was so devastated by the poor quality and even worse customer service we received from this company. I say company in quotes because our photographs were so bad Im not even sure that this is a professional service. We were given no direction during the photo shoot, the photographer was clearly in a rush to leave, the angles were SO BAD, lighting atrocious, I could go on and on. Pictures taken by ours guests on their iPhones were 500% better than anything they sent us. When we complained their representative Summer, told us that satisfaction was not guaranteed (WHAT!!) and it was their artistic choice and offered absolutely nothing reasonable in return. They did send one touch up that I could have done a better job of in photoshop on my own. We booked another photographer this past week as a redo and thank god the pictures we have now are amazing but PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THEM. We couldnt get ahold of anyone besides this Summer person which also makes me believe they may not have a real operation going here. I think this is truly a fraud and we are considering legal action. In the meantime, Ill be sure to warn as many people in every online venue I can. They will actually ruin your wedding and will have no empathy or assistance once they have your money.Enchanted Celebrations

I must admit your review is quite surprising, as it contrasts sharply with the overwhelmingly positive feedback we typically receive on all of our other platforms. 4.9 stars on weddingwire, 4.8 stars on theknot, and ****** with 4.5 stars with over 1200 combined verified client reviews sure doesn't sound like a fraudulent business who hires amateurs.We take great pride in our professionalism and the quality of our work, and it's disheartening to hear that your expectations weren't met. Our photographers undergo rigorous training to ensure they provide excellent direction and capture the best angles and lighting for every shoot.Regarding your concerns about communication, we strive to be accessible to all our clients, and we have countless phone records and email records of our communication with you and your husband. It's completely inaccurate to say that you had difficulty reaching us as we have had countless conversations with your husband.Summer, whom you mentioned, is actually one of our most highly regarded team members for her dedication to customer service, so it's surprising to hear about your experience with her.Ultimately, while we understand that not every client will be satisfied, we regret that we couldn't meet your expectations and are happy you found a photographer you liked.Review fromDan M
