    My husband and I recently got married and decided to choose our videographer from the company Enchanted Celebrations - it was the best decision ever!!!The all staff is very friendly, available to answer every single question, they made our day so memorable.The videographers name is ****, he was wonderful, super available and his shoots came out amazing.I would suggest this company to everyone!Thank you guys for making our day so memorable!

    I loved working with this team! They were so organized from the very beginning. They have a system in place to help you with the planning and preparation.Our event coordinator, Summer, was so kind, thoughtful, and thorough. She answered all of our questions, and she gave helpful advice and guidance every step of the way.Our DJ, *****, KILLED IT. We did not leave the dance floor. He knew the exact vibe we wanted, and he did not disappoint!The photobooth was also a hit! It was so fun to look through the photos after.Thank you for all that you did!

    We reached out to Enchanted Celebrations for our wedding. The sales team was so responsive and helpful. We were able to choose a package that fit our budget. The photographer we selected worked with us to make sure we had a list of pictures that we wanted to have done. Our pictures were delivered in a timely manner and were edited to perfection! We highly recommend Enchanted Celebrations to all of our newly engaged friends.

    I'm employed at Enchanted Celebrations, and it's the best company I've ever worked for! The sense of belonging here is remarkable. It genuinely feels like a second family.     I am absolutely heartbroken over the quality and quantity of our wedding photos!!! They were blurry, blank spaces, backs of peoples heads, the same photos over and over, and not professional at all!!!!! My friends and family took better photos with their cell phones than this professional photographer!!! There were only a handful out of **** photos of just my husband and I! I reached out to the supervisor and her response was it wasnt written in your contract that you wanted photos of you and your husband!!!!!! She said she went over with her production company and they said the photos were fine!!! Every single night photo from our sparkler event had big yellow blobs in the corner! We paid $1800 for garbage quality photography!!!! The supervisor made excuse after excuse and offered me a $200 refund!!!!! I am both heartbroken and offended that was her offer! This was my wedding one of the most special days of my life! These can never be re-created or made up! I never even got an apology?? I never want any other bride to go through with what I am going through there was not one romantic photo of my husband and I as advertised on their website!!!! I absolutely did not get what I paid for! PLEASE STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! they are far from professional photography!!!!!!!

    Hi ********,We are saddened to hear that you are unhappy with your photos. As with most photography studios they remove duplicates and shots that they are using to focus, we send every single photo and this is the reason why you see multiple shots of the same pose. Every client is different in what they are visioning for their big day, this is why we have a planning call so that we can get an understanding of what your vision is so that we can capture those moments that are important to you. We also ask if there are any inspiration boards or pinterest boards that you are looking for, please send them to us. This gives us a better perspective of what you are expecting to see from your photos, however during your planning call none of this was relayed to us, therefore we didn't know that it was important to you. At any time you wanted a certain pose or a certain area to take a picture, our photographer would have easily granted your request. Any photos that you would like in your printed products also receive advanced editing, which could enhance the photos for your album. We are here to help and resolve your concern, please feel free to reach out to us.
