Hired Garden State Gutter cleaning to service my house during the summer. We asked that they service the house while we are present. We agreed on a time frame to come. They did not come during that time frame. We called the company and indicated we were unhappy. They did not apologize or make any concessions. We left a review describing our experience on ******. Months later, the owner came to my house unannounced and requested we remove the review.

I engaged Garden State Gutter Cleaning service to clean my gutters for 2023. In an email dated March 2023, they stated that my gutters would need to be cleaned several times a year but they only did so twice in early 2023. When I called them to ask when they would be returning, they told me only "you are on the list". In very late December 2023, I called Garden State Gutter and cancelled my service with them and I hired another company that immediately cleaned by gutters the following day. Garden State Gutters showed up to my house on January 2, 2024, climbed on my roof uninvited, saw that my gutters were clean and charged me over $200 for nothing. (The gutters had already been cleaned by my new vendor. There was nothing for Garden State Gutters to do.) I again called Garden State Gutters on January 3, 2024 and spoke to someone named *** who confirmed that there should be no charge and that my service had indeed been cancelled. However, they still charged my credit card and have refused to remove the charge. I think I am being taken advantage of as a senior citizen and that what they did (i.e. knowing I cancelled and charging me for an already clean gutter) is unethical. I would be grateful for any help.

A credit for this was already issued as agreed upon with customer.  It does take time to hit on their end/account.
