      Back in ***************************************************************************************** for gutter cleaning. Their investigation took days and I ended up calling my bank to dispute the charge instead. Currently (2024), this company sends out marketing emails with no directions/method to unsubscribe. This is a violation of the CAN-SPAM Act. Just in the past 6 weeks I've received 9 such emails. Also, I've replied 3 times to have them remove me email and it hasn't happened; goes to show the character of this company.

      Poor customer service and communication. Ordered a service from them 3 years ago, and the work was done sloppily. Leaves and gutter contents were dumped all over our cars. They never refunded us but promised a free service the next time we used them. We never took them up on the offer. Fast forward 3 years, I get a charge on my credit card from them in the middle of winter- saying they came and cleaned/flushed my gutters, which is inaccurate since my hose is turned off in winter. They charged me for a service I did not ask for or authorize. When I reached out to the company both by phone and email, no one was able to give me any answers. No apology was given. I asked for management to call me and after a full business week, I heard nothing back. Because there was no solution, I called my bank and asked to put a hold on the fraudulent charge. Only then- did the company reach out via email and said they would only issue me a credit if I called my bank back to reverse the hold. I repeatedly asked for a manager to call me. No call! I will not be reversing the claim with my bank. I wonder how many other people they have done this to. I recommend customer service training as well as a closer attention and management to their scheduling and billing schedules.
