2019 I purchased a HomeAgain chip through my vet for a new puppy. She's now 4 years old, the last 4 years they refuse to register the chip unless I pay them for their membership. I've tried to get this settled 12 times. Each time I'm that I have to pay for them to register the number. Tonight they told me to go register it with a different company. I explained that I purchased their chip & want them to do their job. (it is register with a couple of sites.). HomeAgain tried to say that I didn't pay for the chip I paid for it to be inserted. I spoke with the vet to confirm what was pd for so I know for fact that day I paid for vaccines, the chip, an office visit office. The insertion was covered just like the vaccines, I don't get free vaccines and just pay for the vet to insert the syringe. According to the vet they $25. was the cost of the chip initial registration & the insertion. I was told today that they are no longer providing HomeAgain chips. This vet is a nationwide clinic & because of all the issues across the US between ************************************ all stemming from registrations, to forcing memberships/renewals, refunds, website and autopay over pay. Over the years I've had pets with Avivd ID, AKC, *********** Buddy ***** ******** to name a few, Not one of these have ever tried to charge me to register the chip. They have all wanted me to join their membership which of course does cost. 2011 I adopted a cat from a shelter for my niece. They also inserted a HomeAgain chip. HomeAgain tried to do the same back then. Thank goodness I called the shelter manager and explained to them what HomeAgain was trying to do. They handled the problem with HomeAgain for me and the cat was registered by the end of the week. Unfortunately when my niece passed and brother tried to registered the cat to him HomeAgain listed the cat as deceased.

I purchased two dosages of Bravecto, for two different dogs. They have a rebate that if you buy two dosages you can a rebate in the amount of $10.00. They will not honor the rebate because it is for two different dogs. I wish they would look at it and honor the rebate. They issued the rebate before but not this time. My case number is ******

It's been weeks. Possibly six weeks. I was updating my new puppy's Home Again membership and attempting to combine all my dogs on one dashboard, when the website kept freezing and it "inadvertently" charged my checking account $21.99 THREE times. In fairness, I originally was going to agree to one charge of $21.99 but at this point, I want refunded for the total of $65.97.I've never done business with such a company! You are on hold for hours waiting to speak to someone. When you get a live person, they can't do anything. They must submit the request to someone else. I've wasted countless hours! I have also emailed them stating that I was going to report them to the BBB and contact their corporate office. Do you know what happened? I get an email back a week or more later stating they got my email. That was on MARCH 13! Just refund MY money! At this point, a simple mistake has infuriated someone and your poor way to do business is really a scam! Ask if there is another company your vet uses other then Home Again OR never upgrade a membership.

I did not select the automatic renewal. In fact, I unchecked the box. However, it takes you to a different window, and then it is automatically checked again. I have attempted to contact them three times - twice through their website customer service form and once by phone. They do not respond. I want verification that I will not be automatically charged in 2023. I agreed to one charge only.

Says on their website that you will get a free year if you sign up for their yearly plan, I put in my card information and was charged 2 different charges of $21.99, emailed, no response. Called, waited forever on hold then finally got someone, said he put through a case but never got a confirmation email or where to check on the case, still havent received money back either.

We just had our 7 month old puppy microchiped at the same time he was getting fixed. I did not know until we picked him up who the company was. I reg our puppy on the 19 and got notified by our bank within 1 min after I submitted the payment that they charged our account 4 more times. I contacted them and was on hold TOO LONG and finally spoke with someone and she could see that they had charged our account 4 additional times. She could not tell me when a refund would be credited back to our bank acount. I called again today Feb 23 to see what the status was and again I was on hold and it went to voice mail but I wanted to speek with someone and finally did and again they could not tell me the status of the refund. I also sent them an email. I went a head and called our bank who was able to refund us the additional fees that they took out without permision. We are in the process of looking for another company for our puppy. I have another dog also with them but I will not renew with them since he is to old to get another microchip.

I have been unable to unsubscribe to their emails through emailing the company and their unsubscribe process. First of all, I do not recall signing up for unnecessary emails in the first place. I emailed the company about this, who simply told me to unsubscribe, and did not respond further. I have unsubscribed at least three times but continue to receive emails.

I am unable to renew my pet's microchip online. I have called multiple times over the past month. No one ever answers, it sends you to voicemail, you leave your info, and no one ever calls you back. There is also an email address you can send an email to. I have done that countless times. There is no online form. I finally complained on social media and sent another message on ******** asking for help. I am now considering having my dog's chip removed and replaced. Do not trust any company that will not follow up.

I am leaving a One star because I have to click it. This company is terrible. They delete your animal and chip number or make it inactive with no notification!!! so you think your animal is protected and it is not! To call and get help with it you wait for hours on hold to be told to leave a message that is never returned. Send email, only to receive an automated responds. They do not care about your animal!!! There are better companies out there to enroll your micro chip even if it is a HomeAgain chip. After hours on hold and emails going no where I finally get to talk to a person, I almost fell off my chair when a person answered. to be told my dog did have an account and he could activate it. I already signed up with new compay. And told him i was on BBB seeing their rating, I told a supervisor they have a D- on here and he said yes he knew. Wow lets do better geez.

I gave my dog their vaccine and she tied 13 days later and they want to offer me a lowball settlement not even the full amount of all of my vet bills that accumulated from July 30th to August 13th 2022.
