I've been a long time customer of Blue ********************** for 13 years and they have never let me down. The most recent example of this being the day after Thanksgiving. I had a power surge that knocked out my furnace and when I called Blue Ridge they were quick to get a tech, ***** called in (on his day off) and over to my house. With the help of the owner, ****, he was able to get the furnace fixed and the thermostat back up and running. I will always recommend Blue Ridge for anyone looking for a great, reliable company that actually cares about their customers.Blue Ridge Heating & Cooling, Inc.

Unfortunately, I encountered not only a number of issues with my new HVAC system, but also a number of service providers that 'claimed' to have the technical knowledge necessary to deal with the problems ... but did not.After months of stress and expense I was truly happy to finally find a company that clearly provides the type of training their techs must have for the equipment currently being used in their ************ would think this is true of all heating and cooling companies, but I've learned the hard way ... it is not.I've been impressed with the service and the genuine concern to meet/exceed my expectations as provided by all at Blue Ridge Heating & Cooling.
