5 starsWhat can I say....if I could give them a 10 stars I would......my AC went out overnight on the day after July 4th and not only did the Blue Ridge staff promptly return my call, they had a technician (******) come over that afternoon!! Talk about prompt service with great results!!****** quickly diagnosed that my older unit had a bad capacitor and fortunately he had what he needed on his truck to repair my unit within an hour! I just bought my house and I was hoping to get me through the summer season....so a couple of hundred dollars now, before I could afford a big bill for a new system in 2025 was definitely a life saver!!Thank you Blue Ridge HVAC!!Blue Ridge Heating & Cooling, Inc.
