      I had a very bad experience when I needed it most.My car went to a body shop to be fixed on about 01/21/2024, everything was ok until the body shop informed me that the parts my car needed would be delivered very late causing a big delay on the first possible delivery date. They told me the best thing I could do would be to call Plymouth Rock and ask for an extension on the rental car, which at the time I was using for about 23 days. So I did. Call them and after jumping from one extension to another for 20 minutes someone said to me that the car rental extension was granted and I should be all set. About 15 days later I received a call from ************** Rental Car apologizing to me because they just got a call from Plymouth Rock saying that because they (Plymouth Rock) made a mistake in the dates my rental car period had ended a week before that date. I was already owing around U$450 in fees that Plymouth Rock would not pay. But this is only the beginning.I try to call the Claim supervisor (*************************) twice. One time I left a message on her work number asking her to call me back. Having no response, I tried to reach her by email telling the story and trying a reimbursement of that value owned at Enterprise Rental Car. I just got an answer from her by email saying: "-Plymouth Rock has paid your policy maximum of U$900 to Enterprise directly."And that was the last time I heard from her, even trying to reach her again by email. I was forced to leave my wife at home having a 2-month-old baby with no car for her to use in an emergency with the baby because I needed my other car to go to work. Thanks Plymouth Rock.

      This is the absolute WORST insurance company Ive ever worked with in my life. Their insured hit my car while stopped at a light and they took months to accept liability. Finally, after dozens of attempts to reach the claims adjuster *****************************, she tells me they wont pay out unless I get an estimate from them. So, I do everything they ask, completed a long questionnaire, took photos on an app, scheduled the estimate, etc. but, when I asked her to provide the estimate to me and the shop, I get no answer. I call dozens of times. I email dozens of times. I get no answer! No matter what I do, I cannot get an answer. It has been so frustrating! Im done. Now, I have to go through my own insurance company and lay out the deductible. God knows when Ill get that back. What kind of company gives that kind of service? THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!

      We were sorry to hear about this situation and any inconvenience we may have caused the customer. Since receiving the complaint, we have been able to connect with the customer via email and confirmed she will be proceeding directly with a claim through her own carrier.

      Auto Insurance with Plymouth Rock was, in my opinion, considered affordable, during the time that I first purchased my plan. They quoted me $352 for two vehicles, per month. However they require a customer to enroll in automatic payment, to get received the affordable quotes. Then, two weeks ago they decided to take it upon themselves and increase my monthly payment by $200. There was no discussion with me to find out if I could even afford this increase. The only notification I received was an email telling me that an amount of over $800 would be automatically withdrawn from my account. This was not what was agreed upon, nor did I have the money in my account for this payment. Therefore, I called them up to explain my hardship. They would not do anything for me. Needless to say the very large amount of money was taken for my account, even when I didn't have it. I am now in the negative due to this payment. I am a single woman working part-time because I am also a student. I in no way can *********** Insurance at over $500 a month. I feel that Plymouth Rock wrongfully forces very vulnerable people to enroll in automatic payment, so that they can do things like this. I would not recommend them to anyone and I am now looking for more affordable insurance.

      If i could leave them a dot i would they dont even deserve a half of star . The AAA agent is at fault for not transferring all my info from one company to theirs . I got into a major car accident almost two months ago and i am still without a car just WAITING AND LOSING MONEY! Im still having to make car payments etc They do not seem to care one bit because nothing is being done .!!!!!! The fact that i have to call them and no one is calling me if very telling . I dont even see how this company is still open. They are incredibly rude and unprofessional . My adjuster ********************************** is the absolute worst agent *** ever dealt with, her attitude is out of this world she barely let me explain why Im calling before she could tell me its not her problem and she did all that she was supposed to and to basically stop calling her . *** spoken with the supervisor *************************** who was little to no help. I cant believe i trusted in this company to insure my car and this is what i get. A bunch of money hungry inconsiderable ghost. This is the worst company . Im losing money , sleep , work hours because of this company and theyre STILL SENDING INSURANCE BILLS TO MY HOME BUT THEYRE NOT ANSWERING MY QUESTIONS NOR CALLING ME BACK. Im so fed up its absolutely ridiculous the worst decision i ever made was switching to this bootleg diy care insurance.

      Plymouth rock insurance the worst company to handle people claim I was hit by an irresponsible careless driver while I was park in the parking lot at my work,two had passed and they still investigating when they already have all the information necessary to solve this claim one month ago. Always is the same with insurance companies everything is OK when you paid your policy, but when it's them start looking for millions excuse to complicated your day.Thank you Plymouth rock for been do incompetent.

      Plymouth rock assurance has to be the worst company around for homeowners and auto insurance . Their rates are DOUBLE anyone else's. Ive shopped 6 diff companies. I had them for 1 yr with my homeowners and the rate went up by 40% in ONE year( that shouldnt even be legal) ! I contacted them rt away and they gave some bogus excuse as to why . This company should be put out of business all around ! I saved over $2000 in a single yr by shopping around for new auto insurance. Iam so glad to not be a customer at ********************** rock . Horrible company !!!! Would never ever recommend .

      THEY ARE AWFUL, cancelled my homeowners stating ......They assume my roof has deteriorated since I purchased the home in 2019. However a new roof was put on in 2018. I was given a letter with 30 days to secure a deposit and estimate of repairs after I contacted ************ Ins. **** if I'm putting a new roof on when mine still has plenty of life.( Per the roofer who examined the roof in November of 2023) Contacted State Farm and I am not required to get a new roof to be insured by them.

      This is she worst company. They added some random unauthorized man to my account. I filled out the form they requested, after confirming that the form was recieved my account should have been adjusted. Plymouth Rock still made an attempt to deduct $1100 from my account. They are the biggest liars stating I had the opportunity to pay $540 or so, when that wasnt the case. I was cancelled, now not eligible for one year. An entire month without their insurance, they charge my account $383. These people are an organized group of robbers. The fact that theres a review other than mine where they added a random person on their policy, says everything. These people are scammers, who should be sued and put out out of business for false practices. They take your money, create an issue, and still charge extra money over a month after they cancel your insurance. The underwriting department and this company should be prosecuted. They are a predatory insurance company , and should be hit with a class action suit.

      Canceled **************** owners insurance without citing a reason, while my father was suffering from illness and my mother was dying. At Christmas time! Nice guys. Why not just tie my parents to a train track while you're at it?

      I had total my vehicle I had put a claim in *********************** was the adjuster she was ignorant nasty an rude when I would call sometime she would answer sometime she wouldn't when she did answer she would ****** on the phone she act like she was paying me I paid into my insurance for 5 years Lord help anyone who gets her as adjuster she's out write nasty poor customer service rep I left the company Because of her where Do they get theses people from she needs to retire
