This could be the worst apartment management I experienced, and I highly discourage anyone to live here (*******************)1. My car's back glass was broken. I was instructed to report to police and reach out to the property manager, *******, for video footage. He replied email quickly and very sincerely, saying he was going to ask for that from the third party company, and then disappeared. After two months, I had to send email to follow up, and he said he was still waiting and disappeared again, and even worse, he did not reply to my email any more. Finally I reached out to another apartment management email, and they were cooperating and ******* promised he would give result in one day, and disappeared one more time. After three days I had to follow up again, and ******* IMMEDIATELY replied to me saying they could not find the video footage for my parking spot. LOL what a joke and what a ridiculous manager. My car was not parked in any corner, and there are couple cameras around the position, I highly doubt if he really tried to find the footage, if so and he couldn't find it, what are those cameras for?2. The station swimming pool. Closed many many times per year. Recently they have an African-american lifesaver managing the pool, who is very rude and careless about the job. Every time I went to swim, over half, or 2/3 period, he would not be around the pool, rather chatting, playing his phone, disappearing in fitting room, enjoying sauna room, etc. Even worse, the schedule says pool open till 10 pm, this guy asks people to leave pool at 9:40, because he wants to leave early. I paid the membership, if swimming pool should close at 9:40 then say it in schedule. There used to be a nice girl lifesaver and this guy says the girl is no longer here, because she allows people to stay in pool till 10, LOL what a joke, fired because she follows the schedule?3. Frequent fire alarm, reduced shuttle frequency, cancelled night conceiger...

I have been at *********** Im in for 4 years. The only smooth time I had was when I initially moved in, before I began to notice how poorly the unit was basically put together. The plumbing is horrible; I have 2.5 bathrooms and have only been able to consistently use two of them. The toilets either overflow or just dont go down when flushed. My sinks dont drain properly. I have had the maintenance men to my unit several times for those reasons among others. They put a bandage on it, give it a quick fix and go on about their business. In the same day the problem will reoccur. I cannot stand the maintenance men, the way my unit is falling apart, oh and the neighbors! It doesnt help that the walls are thin, but you can smell the neighbors dinner, hear their conversations, doors slam, etc.. I know that is what comes with apartment living, to an extent. When its excessive and disrupting us when it becomes an issue. I hate it here and wish I could move right now, because I absolutely would! The icing on the cake is the fact that the rent is sky high and you are NOT paying for what you get. The rent is almost $2k a month. The amount of issues had versus the rent doesnt add up. The mat is not mathin. If u could give 0 stars I would.

Rent is too Highhhhhhhh,,,, In case of Maintenance, No fix they are doing, no good appliances they give. They are just transferring things from one apartment to another. If we complain for same again and again they dont even look into this.******************* is best example for this, bad infrastructure, bad service, High rent.

My three-year experience at ***************** apartments was less than satisfactory. Upon moving out, I, like many others, didn't receive my deposit back and was shocked to receive a statement claiming $1400 in damages despite leaving the apartment spackled and ************* was a constant concern with frequent visits from the police and fire department due to dangerous incidents, like individuals attempting to set *********** on fire over parking disputes. Perhaps the most disturbing aspect was the lack of management responsiveness to these issues and their leniency towards concerning individuals in ***********, including a peeping *** who received an eviction after driving drunk into a pole and engaging in disturbing behavior like ****** children into his apartment. For potential tenants, I'd advise thorough consideration and investigation before considering ***************** apartments as your next home.

These are slumlords! Their only interest is in collecting rent (which is too high for the value you get). They have no interest in maintaining the properties well or properly let alone caring for the tenants. From the day I moved in until the day I left four long years later this was nothing but a nightmare. When I moved in the dryer was not hooked up (they neglected to share this with me so I could've killed my family because I did a load of laundry and had I started the dryer it would have had no place to vent out to!); the hot water was not hooked up; the dishwasher was not hooked up properly so the water went straight to the the cabinet below the kitchen sink. When I called for repair they had the audacity to say that it would take 4 days to address the concerns! And since it was a holiday week it could be longer. Really?!Any could take a day or a few months, depending on their mood or what they had going on. For example, there was a leak from the second floor bathroom onto my living room. The first repair person had no clue what to do and questioned whether I had caused the leak, His supervisor did the same but finally figured it out, this was 3 days later. Meantime that bathroom was unusable. It took 5 months to repair the damage to the ceiling. Even then it was done poorly so by the time I moved out it was falling apart.Appliances that needed to be replaced - even their own maintenance staff agreed - were pretty much held together by duct tape, I guess until the next tenant moved in?Then came time to get my security deposit back. In honesty, given that I consider these people slumlords I was not expecting any of it back anticipating they would find any excuse to charge me. Well they did - charged me $1,500 of the deposit for items that they would have had to deal with anyway. But I guess the tenant is expected to pay for their maintenance! My suggestion - if you see Middlesex Management or bestrentNJ - run as far away as you can. NEVER AGAIN!!

I have been complaining to Middlesex Management about the tenants living above me for a while. I have not lived in this apartment a full year and these tenants above me have made so much noise and bumps and thuds that you can see cracks around the ceiling and have had the paint fall down because they are so Loud. The response I receive from Middlesex Management is that this is under review and sent to the legal department. However after 2 months of following up its still under review?? Thats ridiculous. I have a 5 year old that is scared to sleep in his bed because of the tenants living above us. They are very inconsiderate and I feel like I have been patient enough. Middlesex Management needs to hire new people or get it together.

I have rented with this management since from 2020 to Feb 20, 2023. During my time with them, I have never own any bill until December when I was few days late with my rent. They file a court and made me paid $307 and not only that they also charged me late fee of $50. If your tenant is late with their rent, why would you file court of $307 and also a late fee of $50. You are still getting your late fee but why would file court just because someone is late for few weeks. You doing that, you are adding more expenses for your tenants. After two weeks of being late, I paid my rent of $2283.75 + $50 late fees and $307 for court fees. And not only that, they put an eviction under my name. Even after paying off everything I owned them. This is a BAD MANAGEMENT and rubbing tenants. Do not rent with them.

We truly never want to bring a resident to court, and there are several steps we take to avoid it - rent is due the first of the month but we provide a 5-day grace ****** before we will even assess a late fee. After we assess the late fee, we provide another 5-day grace ****** before we take any additional steps. We also reach out directly to the resident before we start any formal proceedings -- we emailed you on the 12th of the month in question, but we did not receive a reply, or the rent. We try very hard to provide a fair amount of leeway to allow for the unexpected for our residents, but ultimately these dates are in the lease document and we are transparent about the timeline.
