    I strongly recommend anyone considering moving to or currently living in any of Middlesex Management Apartments - specifically ***************** in **********, do there due diligence and make sure to have the unit tested for Mold. The units in some locations are built on a Reservoir and countless basement apartments are infested with hazardous & various types of Mold. The units are not inspected prior to new tenants moving in and they allow families to occupy it while fully aware it is uninhabitable (which is illegal). If Mold is found, they bleach and paint it which is merely putting a bandaid on it. It does not fix the problem. Be mindful Mold doesn't have to be seen to be dangerous - it permeates the Air which makes it unsafe to live in. A full Remediation is the only remedy. *Unfortunately, zero stars are not allowed.

    Terrible management. They advertise 24/7 security and private parking lots which is an outright lie. My vehicle was stolen from my assigned space on the private parking lot with 24/7 security. No response from management after 2 weeks. Also, entrance door to building has been unlocked for over 2 months now. Poor management. This is for The Grove 92 at Bloomfield. Do not waste your money thinking it is a safe development.

    ************** does have a security team stationed on the property 24/7. They patrol the property, as they were the night of the theft, but unfortunately they did not see the theft occur.While ************** is not a gated community, and is not advertised as such, our parking lots are private in that cars parking in the lots have assigned spots and associated parking tags. Visitors need to acquire parking tags from security. Any unauthorized vehicle found to be parking in the lots would be reported to security and handled accordingly.We understand this is a distressing situation, and we will continue to assist the tenant and the police however we can.

    I was a resident of middlesex management over 8 years in same community with two different location.I vacated in middle of my lease and moved to other location.Since I broke lease I will be responsible for rent payment untill new tenants comes in.However I dont see any effort from management to list my apartment on the website so future resident can apply.Since I am paying rent they are enjoying and delay the process.I visited management office and asked same but they asked me to go to leasing office , when I went to leasing office the lady told that she doesn't know as maintenance ddin't provide any update on unit.My question is that why they ddin't answer me and why they delayed listing apartment unit that I was in.How long they want to get my rent and rip me off.its over 10 days and they said they dont know how long they take to put it back in market.Also if they want to renovate to get higher rent from future resident then I will not responsible for rent of time they are taking to renovate.

    This tenant moved to another Middlesex Management property and therefor is not responsible rent until someone else moves in, only for the $400 lease break fee. Once the account is closed, this tenant will only be charged through 9/1/2022.
