    I placed an order and after I submitted the order a $24.95 service fee and a $5.95 tax were added to my order. After I straightened that out, the next day I received an email that the flowers that I ordered were no longer available. I was expected to choose a new flower arrangement and the order was going to be delivered until the next day. So 2 days later the flowers that I wanted to send to my sick granddaughters were still not ordered nor delivered. When I called customer service, I couldn't speak to a representative. I had to wait an hour for a callback.

    Not a real florist. Some random person is your area finds some flowers and (sometimes) delivers them. This is what they charge you a $25 "Service Fee" above and beyond any product and delivery fees. My mom used them once to send me flowers, and a plastic bag of flowers from a tub at the grocery store a mile away was left on my doorstep, with no card which she paid extra (4.99) for. Total rip off. Incredible misleading, verging on a scam.

    back about my refund. I did check on BBB and even though they are not members they did have several complaints about this very thing. As I say DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Please call a local florist in the area and request a picture before the flower is sent. (if it ever is) I only put one star because there is nothing less.

    Total scam - there was no mention of a $24.95 service fee!

Some companies simply conceal their service fees into the cost of the flowers, in addition to charging a delivery fee. At ****, we prefer to keep it separate so that you know exactly what you are paying for at the final step in the web checkout. We are sorry for the inconvenience. 

    It is our mission to make all customers' online ordering experience as seamless as possible. The final cost of a purchase is largely dependent on a lot of factors including the destination, applicable taxes, and day and date of delivery. This makes it challenging to provide the total before collecting all relevant information. To ensure that the customer's expectations are set correctly, we state throughout Steps 1 (Delivery Info) and 2 (Billing Info) that tax and fees will be calculated once addresses and delivery date are confirmed. 

    After addresses and delivery dates are filled in on Steps 1 and 2, we can calculate any relevant costs outside the product total. Step 3, the "Review & Place Order" section of our online cart,  allows customers to enter a coupon code they may wish to include. This section displays the total, including tax and fees.     I placed a same day order for birthday flowers. They said the flowers could be delivered the same day. I was told, if there was a problem, they would be delivered 1st thing the next morning. I called at 1:50pm on the next day because the flowers were not delivered on the same day, nor were they delivered 1st thing in the morning on the following day. Since the flowers had not been delivered as requested and agreed upon, I asked for the order to be canceled and they refused. I submitted a dispute with my credit card company. Needless to say, they are not a reputable florist!

    I ordered flowers for a friend and then tried to change the delivery date or address because my friend was admitted to the hospital. i requested the changes on the day I ordered. No changes were allowed. They got my money and my friend got nothing. I wish I had checked here before using them.

    THE WORST COMPANY EVER!! I WISH I WOULD HAVE THE REVIEWS FIRST!! I JUST WANTED FLOWERS FOR MY GRAND DAUGHTERS 15TH BIRTHDAY!! THEY NEVER SHOWED UP AND NOW I GET TO WAIT 3-5 BUSINESS DAY BEFORE I CAN SEE MY MONEY BACK. SAD NANA RIGHT HERE!!!

    Tried to order on line. They gave a code for free shipping but it wouldnt accept the code. Then they tacked on a $24.00 processing fee. So the $39.00 flowers end up costing $60.00

    I wish I could load the photo of the order and what was received. When I called about them honoring their policy I was told the florist denied it. What a scam! Photo of lush purple and pink Roses mixed with beautiful greenery only to receive one yellow sunflower four red CARNATIONS and white DAISIES! this is not an equal swap! This is deceitful and theft!
