      I have been a longtime supporter/subscriber. I received my bill beginning of February. I called because I noticed that bill is very high, over $ 400. I see on my statement additional charges $ 180 without further explanations what these charges are. I only found out that after calling customer service number that this charge is for premium editions. I did not agree to these premium editions or am interested in them. After my call, i was told that this premium charge will be removed. I then was give a final amount to pay , which I paid electronically through my bank that same day that I called.. a few days later, I noticed I was not getting my paper delivery. I went on line to report it and found out that my account was not active. I called their customer service and told that my account was put on hold till their system gets the payment. I explained to them that my account is not delinquent and that my payment has been made. The response I got sorry , will look into it. This has never happened before. In the meantime, up to this date, I have not received my papers, which I am being charged for. This is totally unacceptably. Their billing practices needs to be investigated. Most of their customers are seniors and are being taken advantage for. To add insult to injury, there was is also a charge for paper statement fee of $5. There is no option for paperless statements. Talking about nickel and diming.

      I have been getting the Bergen Record delivered past 9 AM since January 1 of this year so for more than a month it has been coming hours later than it should be delivered. I have made phone calls, emailed customer support, and chatted with customer support numerous times, but the issue is not resolved. I just get a standard answer about telling the carrier to deliver on time. It has been over a month and nothing has been resolved and the paper is delivered hours after it is supposed to come. For the past several days it has come earlier (one day at 7:30 the others after 8:00) but this is still later than it is supposed to arrive. I pay extra for home delivery so I would like it delivered on time.

      Subscribed to read a story, no harm no foul. It was worth the money to read the story. Afterwords I tried to cancel my subscription but there is no way to do so. This causes a reoccurring $15.00 charge monthly. Absolutely insane that it says I can cancel on line but there is no option to do so.

      I have been a subscriber to The Record for over 35 years and read the paper on my commute to work seven days a week. For the last few years the delivery of the paper has been getting worse. For example, for the month of August 2022 it was either not delivered or late delivered on 10 days. I should point out that either no or late deliveries have the same effect for my purposes as I leave the house at 7:00 AM and must purchase a copy at the local Seven Eleven.Numerous complaints via telephone, letters or email results in the promise of an investigation but no solution to the problem. This, of course, does not only cause the inconvenience of having to stop at Seven Eleven but the additional expense of the cost of the paper at this convenience store. Yes, they do provide a nominal credit but no where near the cost of the paper at the store.
