    My doctor sent a prescription to this pharmacy on or around October 3, 2024. On October 7, 2024, I received a voice mail from the pharmacy, stating that there was an unspecified issue with my script and they needed me to call them back. He provided a phone number *************). I called this number daily and repeatedly for two weeks. When I call, I press a number to indicate that I require customer service, the phone rings for about two minutes, and then I am instructed to leave a message as there is no one to answer my call. I have left multiple messages, including my full name and contact info, over the course of two weeks. I have also attempted to navigate this phone tree by indicating that I am a provider - the same thing happens, I am directed to a voice mailbox and my message is not returned. I am unable to contact anyone from this business in regards to my urgently needed medication, despite following their own instructions to contact them by phone. This is grossly irresponsible for a business that provides lifesaving medication to patients. The resolution I am seeking is a live response from the business in regards to my order, and the speedy fulfillment of my prescription.

    We truly apologize for your experience. I am the owner of Millers and I am embarrassed by it. We experienced multiple breakdowns in our process at that time This has now been fixed. Your next order is on me. Just have your doctor enter "No Charge for this order per Baruch". Then tehy should call me and we will not charge it. Our goal is to send out orders within 48 hours. Thank you for your understanding.

    I am rejecting this response because: Offering me a free future order is not helpful, as I will not be using this pharmacy in the future.
