    Millers Pharmacy has been sending me my monthly Tirzepatide (GLP-1) injections that my Doctor has sent in. Their quick turnaround, professional packaging, and excellent customer service has been AMAZING! Special thank you to ***** for all of her assistance.

    I am a customer of **********************. I get *********** (GLP-1) injections through my provider from Millers Pharmacy. After I finished with *********** then I switched to Tirzepatide. I lost over 40lbs. Their packaging is first class, and very importantly it comes still cold by ***** very quickly.

    My prescription was sent to Millers. They charged me $18 more than what they said. Annoying but okay. I received it a week later. It was not right. I called them right away and said I need to return it ASAP because my doctor cant send a new prescription until its confirmed they have it back. Thursday when I first called, they told me *** will pick it up TODAY. Said they would bring the label. They never came, I was home all day. Friday I was leaving for a trip, called twice more in the morning before I left, they promised me if I left it outside it would *definitely* be picked up that day. I could see on my ring nobody came and called Sat morning AGAIN because it says open until 2. She said thats too bad, the shipping people arent here til Monday you can just wait. ***** care at all that I cant get the meds replaced because of their incompetence. I just returned back home on Sunday, and the package is sitting there on the steps, rained on for over 24 hours during the 3 days I was gone. They are a useless, incompetent pharmacy. I called over 5 times and this has not been resolved. I dont have a label so I cant bring it to ***. They probably never bothered to schedule it, and I will now be waiting (if by a miracle it gets picked up tomorrow) a week *minimum* to get it replaced- obviously Ill get it elsewhere. But I doubt theyll ever have it picked up since Ive already been adamantly promised that it would absolutely get picked up multiple times by multiple people there. Quick to take my money though. NOT worth trusting with something important as your health. Bad customer service, slow shipping. Dont trust these lying, careless people with your medication.
