    I purchased a vehicle on August 27, 2018 with an extended protection plan that would cover windshield replacement/repair. In 2021, I began the process of replacing my windshield with a local car dealership (in Texas) but wasn’t successful. On military orders, our family relocated to Virginia. Again, I tried to go through the process to replace the windshield. I was turned away from the local businesses saying they wouldn’t work with the company. On 9/17/22, I called Century Automotive again explaining that nobody will work through them. A request was put in to have the work done by ********, but it needed approved by “management” and I was told I’d head back by 9/19. After 2 weeks, I still hadn’t heard back. On 10/1/22, I called again and was told the request was “in review”. When asked to speak with a manager or supervisor, I was told there wasn’t one working.

    Additional facts:
    We have not made a single claim through this contract prior to initiating the previously stated.
    We have stated that we can hardly see out of our windshield. (Specifically at night)
