My wife were sold a rifle that we cannot use in the range. We asked specifically for something that we could use at the range with a scope. You would think that if you spend $2000 at a gun store they would try and make you happy. Not the case, they sold the gun and acted like I was a problem. Buyer BEWARE DO NOT SHOP HERE THEY DO NOT CARE NOR DO THEY HELP YOU MAKE A GOOD DECISION. they only care about selling cheap c*** to people instead of educating a customer that you keep for life. 8 guys just standing around and they could not be bother to help my wife and I All I want now is a refund and to have never went to this place!!!!

Good afternoon ****************, we have reviewed your complaint and have found it to be inaccurate. The rifle you purchased (a used IWI Tavor x95) with the optic (Holosun Micro) totaled $1,197.97, the also purchased 25 boxes of **** & a Pelican case. After reviewing our electronic waivers, and our security footage, which shows that you were allowed to use this rifle at the facility, as you did use rifle at the facility on Sunday, Oct. 8th, therefore, you were not informed you could not use the rifle at our facility. However, there were several safety infractions that occurred between you and your wife, which made your participation at the facility unsafe for other participants. At which point you requested a refund for the purchase you made the day before. If you would like to speak about your experience and your transaction involving the purchase of the rifle, please feel free to contact our management team. ********************* at ************************************ or ******************* at ****************************************

My 12-year-old son has been shooting guns for the past five years. He asked to 'rent' one of the fully automatic weapons, which the manager would not allow because he was too young. When he told the manager that we were permitted to rent it before, the manager accused him of lying. When I explained that, in fact, we did rent it before, I too was accused of being less than honest. In an attempt to clarify the store's rules, I asked if I could rent it and then allow my son to use it under my supervision. At that point I was nearly scolded for putting my child in danger. While in the shooting range with two pistols I brought from home, my son asked to see a gun that a person, two lanes over, was shooting. This person showed him the loaded AR (owned, not rented) that he was shooting, then he removed another AR from its case (owned, not rented), loaded it, and handed it to my son to shoot. This equals TWO loaded AR- in arms reach and ready to fire. We left the shooting range to rent one of the available semi-automatic weapons and purchase a box of bullets. Shortly after returning to our lane, my son said, "Mom, we're going to be kicked out for something because the manager is staring at ** through the window." Then, not 5 minutes later- his premonition was validated. The manager, like a lion stalking its prey, stood... watching... waiting... and then BAM; he pounced. Eyes on his prize, he approached us with purpose, "We're going to have to ask you to leave; multiple violations."The manager had to be prodded several times to define "multiple violations" before ambiguously responding, "It's a safety hazard to leave guns that are not in use laying all over the floor". To clarify, laying all over the floor in concrete terms: we were asked to leave for having an unloaded weapon, with a separated magazine, in an unzipped case, under a chair at the back of the shooting range that could only be seen from inside the shooting range and not the store's 'viewing window'.
