    On 5/31/2024 I came across a mini commercial on ********* The main story behind the product was that it was born an idea and became a company here in the US and the product was made in the USA which is a big plus due to everything coming from overseas. So the web page has the items where you can purchase directly from the company. So I see a place on the page that says purchase here I clicked on it and found the holster I wanted to get… next was the credit card info. next thing I got was an email with a total 3 times the amount that I purchased. The web page had put items within the order that I never selected or approved I tried calling two different phone numbers. No Answer. Sent numerous emails and a week later i had a response that said that within an hour my order was being prepared to ship out and that was another charge, expedited shipping $9.95 ….so the email that i received told me that they would give me a 20%
    credit if I kept everything which was a total of $164.00 for a holster that’s $39.95. After declining the offer I explained that I just wanted
    A return authorization # and then another email from the same person told me that I would have to pay for the shipping back to Asia and that I would have to pay customs charges ontop of the cost of shipping cost. The product mailing label showed that it was mailed out from California. After I told the customer service representative that shipping it back to Asia wouldn’t work for
    Me that I wanted a U.S. return center and was told there is no US return center only Asia. One other thing I noticed, there are no tags on any products as to what it is made of, how to clean or take care
    of it and where it was made at.
    How can any company claiming to be an American Made Company owned by a Veteran get to sell products being made who knows where and telling customers that they are responsible for paying to ship back products that the customer never approved…
    This Company really needs to be looked at by the FTC asap.

    purchased may 19th for aproduct that says on their website all-american made, my product came from china was assembled in china that is not all-american made . contacted the company got a reply this is what they wrote "Hi ****** ********,

    Thanks for approaching us on this issue, we have an assembly plant located overseas. But please be assured that **only the final assembling process happened there**. The design, materials and the responsible personnel are all based in the United States. In particular:

    - Regarding the yoga material, we source from our long-collaborating factory at Plymouth, Massachusetts In terms of the assembling process, we have had a strong relationship with our factory in China for a long time, that's why the tracking shows it's shipped from there. To ensure the product meets our standards and maintains the expected quality from customers, we have 05 American staff supervising the manufacturing process there at all times.

    The good news is we've found a local assembling chain here in the United States and have reached an agreement to work with them! Therefore, we ask for your sympathy on this current issue and hope you'll understand for such a newly established business like ours!

    first email sent june 8th within the 30 days they are misinforming with their website there is no way to be all-american made and come from china

    On May 11, 2024 I ordered two belt bands holsters. I was offered an ankle holster as one of the "but wait" special offers. I declined it. I was offered expedited shipping, I also declined it.

    Next thing I know I get my confirmation receipt for purchase and both the holster and the expedited shipping were included in my total.

    On May 11, 2024, I IMMEDIATELY notified them via email that I did not prefer the extra holster or the expedited shipping. They responded with, "We've received your request to remove the ankle item from your order. However, we understand that you may still find value in keeping it. Therefore, we'd like to offer you a special discount of 10% if you decide to retain the ankle item in your order."

    My response, on May 16, 2024, was, " do not want or need the ankle holster. Please remove it and the expedited shipping from my charges. Thank you. "

    On May 23, 2024, they again responded "Thank you for your response. We understand that you still wish to cancel; however, we want to extend an offer to our new customers. We would like to offer a 30% discount on the ankle holster and shipping. You can use this product or share it with a loved one.

    I have had enough! On May 24, 2024, "I DON'T WANT THE ANKLE HOLSTER!!!! GET THAT THROUGH YOUR DAMN HEADS!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!

    After receiving no further response, on May 25, 2024, I wrote, "Hello? I will be calling and reporting this to BBB. I will also be posting on every social media ad you have!

    You are thieves!"

    I have still heard nothing from them. I have received no refund to my account.

    To add insult to injury, I received my order, WITHOUT THE ANKLE HOLSTER. It was delivered on May 22, 2024. How is 11 days "expedited shipping?" From Albuquerque, NM to Pampa, TX. I can drive that in less than 4 hours.

    They stole my money! How many other people has this swindled? How much money have they stolen?

    They REFUSE to answer their phone.

    This company isn’t American it’s false advertisement. The items came from China made of cheap materials doesn’t hold my weapons. The items I bought wasn’t the items I received. Been trying for 4 weeks to return and get a refund. I tried calling but it’s just a phone that just rings.

    February 7th, 2024 ordered a three pack of Dino xholsters. Approximately $100. The product was advertised with a 30 day, 100 percent satisfaction guarantee. The product was advertised to be cool around your waist and comfortable. I bought from xholster instead of cheaper options because it had the satisfaction guarantee. They actually say " If you don't like, we don't want your money".

    After wearing the holster, and my wife wearing it as well, we could not believe how much it collects heat and sweat. It was extremely uncomfortable. I asked for a refund through their email system. I received no reply, so I emailed a second time. I received a reply asking how the product was defective. I replied that it was hot and uncomfortable. I did not recieve a reply for 3 business days. I emailed again asking for the return process. I received an email that stated The first step is for you to provide the reason for your return along with proof. Then, we will review and process your request accordingly depending on the case. I replylied, restating my reason with a screen shot of the money back guarantee and that I was not satisfied . Please return my money and provide instructions for the product return.

    I have not received a reply in 6 days.

    bought something that they said was made in America and it was not, they even admitted that is shipped out of the country for "component reasons"

    I made a good faith (based on their "100% Money Back Guarantee") purchase of a 5X Dino Belt (Buy 3 Get 2 FREE) with this company on Dec 8th, 2023, for $164.91.
    I received the products on Dec 18th, 2023. On Dec 19th, after a few hours of using the products around the house, I came to the regretful realization that the product did not work for my body type, and did not do a good job of concealing my firearm (Which is the intended use). Upon that sad decision, I reached out to the company and followed their procedure exactly to initiate a return. The response I got back did not follow the policy listed on their website.

    The options given to me were; I could Do a partial refund, or I could get replacement products from them. Lastly, another option was listed to proceed with the return process, but I would be required to pay for shipping back to their "Asian" warehouse.

    The problem I have with this is 2 fold. None of the options given, fit in a Money Back Guarantee, especially when it includes the words "100% Money Back Guarantee. " So I responded to them, and for them to please reconsider my request based on this. This was sent to them on Dec 20th at 5:39 am.

    By Dec 27th, they could not be bothered to respond to me. So I sent a follow-up email asking for a resolution. Again no response by Jan 10th, 2024. I sent another response asking for resolution, and giving them the benefit of the doubt because of the holidays. In this response, I made note of my intent to file a complaint with the BBB, CFPB, and CC Company. Again went ignored.

    I did not hear from the company again until I filed a case with ****** for remedy. At this point, the company wrote me, asking for the details of my issue, and stonewalling me.

    2nd issue I have is they sell themselves as "All-American Made", but the product came from Asia. This is false advertising.

    I am more than happy to return the product, at their expense.

    The companies ad says that they offer 100% moneyback guarantee for any reason whatsoever no questions asked, but when I contacted customer support to initiate a refund they claim that their policy is that there needs to be something wrong with or defective with the product also their ad says that the product is American made and I had to wait for my product to clear customs and then it came from an individual out of California does not say X holster on the package. I invited a picture of the hundred percent moneyback guarantee and also a picture of the video link that states that it is American made and 100% moneyback guarantee no questions asked.
