    The promise of money back guarantee is a lie. Once you buy this holster, if you dont like it and want to return it, they will ignore you and not reply to your emails. The phone number goes unanswered as well. Never buy anything from them.

    This company is anything but American. They add items to your order and then give you a foreign address to send returns to if you try to return anything. FRAUD CENTRAL!

    Company advertises a 100% satisfaction guarantee.Customer service representatives denied that they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee which is advertised on their webpage.Company begins by offering a 20% percent refund then a 40% refund and finally a 100% refund if I was willing to ship the product back to their warehouse in *****Their message points out that the cost and inconvenience of shipping the product back to **** may make this not the most effective resolution.This is confusing because their website says that their product is 100% American made. Are they suggesting that they ship their American made holsters to a warehouse in ****?These people are terrible to do business with I would stay far far away from this company. Spend your money with one of the many sellers on Amazon that sell an identical product.

    I have been in contact with company via email concerning the velcro becoming visibly distressed. they have tried every trick .... told me not to "pull on the velcro"..... how are you supposed to get the holster on and off.I would suggest not buying their products do to poor material and ******* ship

    Their website states made in U.S.A. Mine shipped from Baiyun, China I specifically wanted to purchase an American made product. The following is copied from their website: “We have an assembly plant located overseas. But please be assured that only the final assembling process happened there. The design, materials and the responsible personnel are all based in the United States. In particular: We designed our holsters at our headquarter in New Mexico.” **** ********* **** *** *** * *****, Albuquerque, NM 87113, United States

    Says all American made but my holster shipped from ***** the phone number doesnt work and they dont respond to emails Looks like a fake drop shipping company
