In February 2024, BBB Serving New Mexico and Southwest Colorado investigated Plutus LLC Doing Business As xHolster and Weekly Health Care business practices. This investigation was prompted by complaints and consumer reviews.
Consumers have alleged the following through BBB complaints:
- Bought something that they said was made in America and it was not, they even admitted that is shipped out of the country for "component reasons" explained that i was dissatisfied with the quality of the product and they still would not allow me to return it even tho on their website - it states we can return it for any reason.
- The companies ad says that they offer 100% moneyback guarantee for any reason whatsoever no questions asked, but when I contacted customer support to initiate a refund they claim that their policy is that there needs to be something wrong with or defective with the product also their ad says that the product is American made and I had to wait for my product to clear customs and then it came from an individual out of California does not say X holster on the package. I invited a picture of the hundred percent moneyback guarantee and also a picture of the video link that states that it is American made and 100% moneyback guarantee no questions asked.
In February 2024, BBB checked the websites for Plutus LLC Doing Business As xHolster and Weekly Health Care to determine when they were created; xholster.co was created on May 02, 2023, tryxholster.com was created on February 1, 2024, and weeklyhealthcarereview.com was created December 16, 2022.
BBB made inquiries to Plutus LLC Doing Business As xHolster and Weekly Health Care via US Postal Mail and email asking the following:
- Plutus LLC’s physical postal address in New Mexico and documentation for address.
- Details of any connection between Plutus LLC and Wagmidpedia LLC.
- Details for Plutus LLC and Wagmidpedia LLC’s corporate registration and their contact information.
- Copies of their policies for returns, refunds and money back guarantee.
To date, BBB has not received a response from Plutus LLC Doing Business As xHolster and Weekly Health Care.
Based on the information detailed above, BBB cannot state with confidence that we have a clear understanding of the business.

On 02/22/2024 the Better Business Bureau requested the company substantiate claims made through their websites https://xholster.co/ and https://tryxholster.com/ that their products are "All-American Made". This request was not responded to, so the Better Business Bureau sent a follow up request for substantiation on 03/05/2024. As of 03/12/2024 the company has failed to respond to inquiries and substantiate or discontinue their All-American Made Claim. Therefore, the Better Business Bureau cannot confirm the products this company sells are "All-American Made"
