    Friendly, competent, and efficient is how I would describe *********************. His expertise is top notch and his service was excellent. I will recommend Signature Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Electrical to all in need. The company was quick to respond and solved the problem within an hour.     DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS - RUN LIKE YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON IT! One star is too many for Signature!I have two rental properties. I called to have them go to one, they showed up at the other. They bullied their way into the property they were not supposed to be at, worked on, and broke items they were not supposed to touch, and destroyed my tenants personal property in the process. When I asked, I was told it was my fault they went to the wrong address. Only to speak with another person later who confirmed I had given them the correct address, TWICE. When my tenant in the wrong house called to complain about the aggressive, rude, and destructive personel, Signature employees lied and said absolutely no one had been dispatched to that address. My tenant went online and found a photo of the Signature employees in question, who had been at the property, and forced Signature to admit they lied and that Signature employees had been at the property. This was after a Sugnature employee aggressively threatened my tenant and told them to provide video proving Signature employees had been there. General Manager *** was no better than his employees at ***************** He called the lying, rudeness, and destruction of personal property a Comedy of Errors. I will be contacting ****** and working to have that contract revoked. I have instructed tenants at both of my properties that if Sugnature ever shows up they are to call the Police immediately. I will never let Sugnature touch my equipment again. This business gives TERRIBLE service and then does nothing but lie and blame the customer to cover it up.

    We are truly sorry for your experience and appreciate your feedback. We understand that we went to the wrong address and caused damage at the home. We have been in contact with the tenant at the property and have made an agreement to take care of the glass to his satisfaction, doing what he asked us to do and felt was fair. We know that a mistake like this can cause confusion, frustration, and unwanted stress and we apologize if that was the case. Please know that we have taken additional steps to help prevent something like this in the future, providing training to those involved. We appreciate the opportunity to make amends with the tenant and respond to your experience with Signature.

    This company came and gave me a quote for a new AC unit. Not only were they more than double other reputable HVAC companies around town, but the man who came out to give me a quote tried to upcharge unneeded electrical changes to my breaker box (since confirmed to be incorrect by two separate licensed electricians). This was followed by a conversation with general manager who scolded me for being misinformed. I will be reporting this company to the state licensing board. Do not trust them.

    Hello ***, We apologize for your experience with our company and appreciate your bringing this to our attention. We always want to be competitive with our pricing, knowing there will always be times another contractor will have prices below ours. I can't say, without knowing what the other contractors bids were, if we were bidding similar Lennox equipment. But we certainly hope that the work you had done has been performing well and passed inspection by the city so your safe and comfortable in your home. We realize that buying AC can be like buying a car; but similarly to how a Lexus cost more than a **** a ****** will cost more than a ****. Both are cars, both will get you from point a to point b, but are different products at very different price points. I only offer this as an example with the assumption that this is why we were so different in pricing then another company. In the end I would want you to know that our being competitive and fair with our pricing is important and appreciate the opportunity to evaluate what happened at your home and how we would approach this issue in the future. We appreciate your feedback and hope you have a cool summer.
