    On Monday November 21, 2022 we called TLC and advised them of a leak we had in our plumbing. when speaking with the TLC customer service representative I asked her if the plumber coming to our location would be able to use a camera or clean out our plumbing system and she said yes. Therefore based on this information we scheduled the plumber to come out to our location. The plumber just looked under our sink and said that its a leak from the drain and that if he broke the wall it would be $400.00. We were shocked because how can you determine a cause without truly looked into a problem further. The plumber said he would get another plumber out to confirm if his diagnosis was correct. The plumber confirmed this person would be another cost and the person with the camera would be another cost. This confirmed our original apprehensions because our last call to TLC to unclogged a drain and again without any detailed inspection of the issue the plumber indicated he could fix everything for of 1,000.00 dollars or more. at no point in either visit did TLC indicate that the cost was only for the visit and that each visit would cost an extra fee.

    Here at TLC our goal is to take care of our community and from what I can tell, in your case, we failed to solve your issue. I apologize for your experience with our technicians, this lack of compassion and follow through will be addressed immediately. I also want to apologize for my late response, somehow I missed this review and am just seeing it today. I have already refunded your credit card the full $215.50. Thank you for bringing this to our attention so that we can improve our processes.

    On September 12, 2022 called TLC to connect an ice maker to a newly delivered refrigerator, but there were problems so the plumber installed a new copper line to the refrigerator including a new valve. The bill for the work was $764.16 which is an outrageous amount for the job. My complaint is about the excessive bill. I believe TLC was taking advantage of senior status.

    The issue is with the previous repair of our air conditioning units and condenser in which the technician from TLC did not repair the leak he o ly added the Freon

    I have searched in our system for you by name, phone number and the **** **** *** address, from what I can tell TLC has never been to that location. We have two other sites for a **** *** ****** but those visits were for plumbing issues in 2019 & 2021, none of the three invoices were for Air Conditioning or refrigerant (aka freon).
