5 starsCalled in the late evening (8 :30 pm) about a refrigerated air unit that had stopped working and they were there by 8:30 am. Had it fixed by 9:15 and checked the rest of the system to make sure nothing remained that could cause problems. 5 stars******* ******** (*****) replaced our heating and cooling systems. Every interaction with him was very professional and he did a wonderful job communicating with us at each step of the way. His cheerful friendliness and the efficiency of both him and his assistant made sure that the project was completed in an extremely timely manner.

5 stars***** ******* and ****** repaired a slab leak in my master bath. I could not have asked for a better experience. They set up an appointment to come survey what action would need to be taken and then set up an appointment to repair the leak. It entailed quite a bit of manual labor, including a jackhammer and concrete saw, not to mention digging down to get to the leak. They worked all day to repair it and were very professional. They protected the surrounding area, kept the concrete dust and disarray to a minimum, and thoroughly cleaned the affected area upon completion. I am very pleased with TLC's service, punctuality and professionalism, and would not hesitate to recommend them!Review fromJoe C
