Technician was punctual, polite and knowledgeable. He was very thorough in troubleshooting the problem with the evaporative cooler and worked on the problem until it was resolved. We had ******* Come and diagnose and repair an electrical line that had been nicked and caused the gfi to cause loss of power to several outlets and electricity to our pond -he is wonderful- we have been using for him years - hes honest and efficient- cant rave about him enough !!! ***** ********TLC Plumbing Heating Cooling Electrical

We needed a new swamp cooler installed and everyone we interacted with did an excellent job. Knowledgeable folks giving product options and quotes, quick installation from a crew that cleaned up after themselves and made sure everything was working, and helpful financing. The tech that came out to fix a water leak was friendly, polite, courteou,s, and very knowledgeable. He answered every question I asked him.
